Sand Dollar Inn is a great place to stay if you stay someplace with a peaceful 10 minute walk to an uncrowded beach. I felt like I was on retreat. It's situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, great for birding. The kitchen is well equipped. It is located conveniently in the Monterey Bay between Santa Cruz and Monterey. The hosts were available for questions. It is a great place for pets and kids.

Best Airbnb experience. Apart from the perfect location, room, farm tour, it is the hospitality and warmth by the host Collette that was beyond expectation. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and Collette added special touch to make the day extra ordinary. Claravale farm is beautiful, the animals are cared and loved. The highlight was sumptuous breakfast 🥞 which Collette made from scratch. Overall best time spent.

My family and I wanted a peaceful Christmas in a quiet and beautiful setting and this hit the mark completely. We saw very few people and had a spectacular time cooking, relaxing, and marveling at nature. We all slept incredibly well as the mattresses were just right for us. We all commented how comfortable the beds were. Very enjoyable stay.

We had a great time at the cottage. It was very peaceful and secluded. Marilyn was a wonderful host. She was responsive and checked in with us. She also left us a small gift for our anniversary which was so thoughtful and made our trip even better at the cottage. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Marilyn & Albert.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin with our family! Alex was super friendly to us and our kids and Mike met with us every morning and allowed our kids to feed the horses and goats. Very beautiful and peaceful!

The house was great. Beds were comfy. The place was clean. We were in touch with Barbara's son Jimmy who is nice and responsive. He showed us around the property. Amazing chicken, goats and cat! You can also pet the goats they're so cute! The place could be a bit hard to find in the dark, but the surrounding was nice and peaceful. Great experience overall.

Susan was awesome with responding to any question we had! The place was perfect for our family to gather and stay together for my son’s wedding, which was just a few miles away. We highly recommend the home for a group!!! Thank you, Susan!!!!

Wow where to start! Kirsten and Stacy where so warm and welcoming, we felt right at home. The location is peaceful and there’s so much to do on the property (games, wine tasting, hot tub, fire pit, pet beautiful animals). I mean what more could you want? We wish we had spent more time here and will definitely be coming back and telling all our friends about it. The set up of the kitchen allowed for us to meet other travelers as well. It is also close to Sequoia National Park. Thank you both for making this trip so memorable. Rematch on darts next time!

This cabin was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was very well-stocked with everything needed to cook and the quality of everything was high. The host was very communicative and clear about some of the quirks of the house (like the cool mini-dishwasher). Would stay here again.

We stayed at Eddie’s place for 3 nights and we felt right at home. Toys were available for kids to play with, kitchen had the basic necessities with condiments, the beds were comfortable and most importantly heating for the winter nights! We really enjoyed our stay!

Pimmy & Jason’s home has the most beautiful views of the mountains. The home is in close proximity to town, Oakhurst which makes grocery shopping easy. The drive to Yosemite is about an hour and a half, depending on traffic. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a weekend getaway.

This was an absolutely delightful stay! The house was immaculately clean, wonderfully located, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The space was cozy, stylish, and felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect home base during their travels!

We had a wonderful stay. Thinking about going back next year. Was great location where we drove to the summit of Yosemite spent a day at bass lake and enjoyed the beautiful views at the house. Perfect spot to hang and explore.

The house is located in the farm lands with orchards as far as you can see. There were enough basics to make our stay comfortable and convenient and the space was big enough for 2 friends and 2 dogs. The location worked for us as we were doing day trips in all different directions but there is nothing to do in the immediate area. So if you like to be near restaurants or hiking trails, this place may not be for you. The living room area smelled quite musty which may be due to lack of window screens in that part of the house and possibly not being aired out often as a result. However, the heavenly scent of citrus blossoms as soon as we stepped out made up for it. In fact, at the time of our trip, the entire region smelled of the blossoms and it made the drive to and from the house enjoyable. Oh, also the side yard worked out perfect for our dogs.

Only great things! The cabin is perfectly laid out with great mix of cabin-ey things and nice house things. We brought our pups and they were treated with plenty of open space to run. The dog park is great and I honestly think that they each lost about 5 lbs from all of the exercise. We were fortunate to catch some great weather that went from sunny and 50s, to waking up to 4-6 inched of snow. The hot tub was perfect, too. As mentioned in other reviews, everything that could possibly need is there. Space was clean. And not the "clean" that I've seen at other cabins that includes layers of dust, but actually clean. Absolutely highly-recommend staying here!

My wife and I had another wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb. We always enjoy our time at Denise and Jack’s place — it’s spotless, incredibly quiet, and surrounded by nature. Denise and Jack are among the kindest hosts we've ever met — warm, responsive, and always willing to help if needed. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing retreat in nature. We’re already looking forward to our next visit (in fact, we’ve already booked it!). Cecilia’s place is in a very peaceful area and we felt very comfortable. Her pups Maggie and Rigg are also very welcoming and adorable. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay at the schoolhouse! Despite being so close to the road and the highway, it felt very private. Kitchen was super well appointed, and the whole house was spacious and airy. We really liked the decor. We really appreciated the surplus of towels! The pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was hot. Beds were comfortable and we all had a chance to catch up on sleep. The sofas are a little low; we made it work. Overally, it was a great location and I can't recommend Carmen more as a host! We will be back!
