The place is very cozy, the watchful gentlemen are very friendly and were always aware of our safety. The area is very quiet, with many nearby parks ideal for pets. It also has good shopping nearby.

Good accommodation ! I would definitely repeat , the sector is very central and safe , commercial places and food until late ,Don Juan is always very attentive and willing to help, the building staff and the residents are very friendly people, I recommend it 100%

Juan's place was excellent from start to finish. It's a fairly spacious place, compared to what is generally offered in Bogotá, and it was just what we were looking for. The internet was from Claro, quite good, although it briefly failed on two occasions and Juan gave us a quick response. The upload internet was a bit slow, but the download internet was excellent. Perfect for working, with a comfortable space in the small office (same as the photos). It is close to La Candelaria, where there are many places to eat. After getting there in an Uber ride of about 10 minutes, you can walk around peacefully. It really is the best place we could have chosen to stay these weeks and Juan is an amazing host. When we get back to Bogotá, we'll stay here again. The building management was very friendly at all times too, it feels quite safe inside.
