Stylish comfortable well equipped stay

Alberto's apartment is a real pearl on Airbnb. There is a lot of attention to detail. Everything and much more was available from a grill to an air fryer, super many towels. The facility is very clean and right on the beach! It was a great stay for me and my family. Hopefully we will return.

The house was perfect for our stay with two kids. We also got two highchairs and beds. Everything was clean and we had extra towels. The host checked in and asked if we would need anything, so the Communication was perfect. The beach nearby was beautiful and calm.

If your thinking of booking Carmelo's bungalow don't hesitate . This bungalow has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday😊 Spotlessly clean and tidy , beautifully furnished,comfy beds and very private patio area with lovely flowers .Carmelo has thought of everything for a relaxing holiday and provided a well stocked welcome pack. Complex and pool lovely. Quiet area but near bars and restaurants and Yumbo centre 10 min walk away .We would definitely book Carmelo's place again 😊

Everything was fine and we felt at home. Since we are self-catering, a well-equipped kitchen is always important. We didn't miss anything. Kitchen is super equipped. We also enjoyed the terrace area very much. Our kids used the pool several times and loved it. Overall a very charming holiday home settlement.

Absolutely love this place, have stayed at Santa Clara many times over the years. But this accommodation is my favourite, by far. Hope to be able to stay there again.

Nice and quiet location. If you don't want to be in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. Does mean you need a car to get to the city(you) or to the beach. Nice spacious apartment with shared well-equipped kitchen. Very thoughtful, there was bread and other basic necessities already present. Lovely swimming pool. In short, everything you need. The host has taken care of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible

Spent lovely 3 weeks here. Quiet & surrounded by well kept gardens it has everything you could need including essential toiletries. Bedroom had plenty of storage & bed very comfy. Kitchen area adequate but could do with little more storage for groceries. With patio & own little garden out the back & the courtyard in the front you could find sun or shade any time of the day. Courtyard facilities were very handy! Pool well maintained but very cold but if you got in & just swam it was fine. Small nearby supermarket was well supplied. Although not much in the area & a car would be ideal for some (plenty of parking spaces) we used the buses which were cheap & took us to all the main areas in the south of Gran Canaria from Las Palmas to Mogan. Pablo was an excellent host. Easy & quick to communicate with answering our ‘many’ questions & supplied lots of further info. We had a slight hicup with the washing machine which Pablo sorted quickly & even did a wash for us - such service!

we have enjoyed it . Some little sun on the patio due to the type of development, but we think the place and the landlord were quite up to expectations. Everything was in place and good beds. 10 great days and we would love to come back.

The bungalow is in a really peaceful location, we slept really well. It is all very modern, with a dishwasher and washing machine, but as described nothing is provided so you will need to buy tablets/washing powder. Same in the kitchen, which had enough for us to easily cook, but you will need to bring or buy oil, salt, pepper, foil etc. You have to pick the keys up from their office in PDI, so arriving on public transport could make things difficult. But that was no problem for us. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. Plenty of parking. Really comfortable and a lovely pool, which we often had to ourselves. And was at a great price for where it is. Everyone in the El Palmeral complex was super friendly. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Lovely little find The host Victorina and her partner were extremely helpful. Check in was great. Check out you just posted the keys through the mail box on the wall. Pool Cleaned everyday by maintenance. Very clean. Loads of space. Pool not heated. But was ok for our December stay as we was daring each other to get in. It’s ok for a paddle. But lovely and new Apartment Spacious and full of useful items during your stay. Beds made on arrival and towels provided We had a sofa bed that our 13 year old enjoyed. Balcony area had sun in afternoon. The neighbors / other Spanish residents are very friendly too Full size fridge. And little freezer for your ice Great location. Can be noisy until 4am then you hear nothing. So take ear plugs. Didn’t bother us so much as we are used to roads Downfalls Always having your key for pool to unlock the gate each time in and out and getting into las frescas. Key cards would be better, but that’s not really a thing the air bnb can fix
