A fantastic place to stay. Super friendly communication, very helpful (even with nocturnal rescue when we had locked ourselves out). Amenities are perfect- very well maintained and loving , we felt at home. Very accommodating with wishes - we are guaranteed to come back and very happy to come back. 1000 thanks for everything!

Undoubtedly the best host I've ever dealt with. Very helpful at all times, making everything easy. I couldn't think of anything negative to say. A super professional and pleasant person who takes the comfort of their guests very seriously. Upon arrival we found a lot of touches for the kids, including bags of crushed fruit for my baby, a very nice touch. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it was very clean. It is ideal to spend a few days with the family, it is a cozy home, in a residential complex with a lot of charm and quiet (at least in February). In short, everything is perfect.

Good location, swimming pool at the territory, equpied kitchen, all need things in bathrooms

Lovely location on a smart safe complex with marina and beach. Communal pool has nice views and well kept. La Punta restaurant in the marina has great food and friendly waiters. The property was spacious, very clean and well equipped with lots of outside space and an ideal spot to explore the south. Cesar was an exceptional host. He gave us lots of information and recommendations and responded to our questions quickly. We will definitely be returning!

We were in this complex for the 4th time and each time in a different bungalow. Walter was the most eager host with a huge distance. He is super nice, the communication via mobile phone excellent and above all...he is proactive and not only responds to problems, but also asks "just" if everything is good. We would like to book his place as often as possible, unfortunately others will see it that way, so it is difficult to find free times. This just speaks for Walter ;) The only drawback for us as tall people: the bed is too small and a small oven ala airfryer would also be great.

Absolutely love this place, have stayed at Santa Clara many times over the years. But this accommodation is my favourite, by far. Hope to be able to stay there again.

Nice and quiet location. If you don't want to be in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. Does mean you need a car to get to the city(you) or to the beach. Nice spacious apartment with shared well-equipped kitchen. Very thoughtful, there was bread and other basic necessities already present. Lovely swimming pool. In short, everything you need. The host has taken care of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible

we have enjoyed it . Some little sun on the patio due to the type of development, but we think the place and the landlord were quite up to expectations. Everything was in place and good beds. 10 great days and we would love to come back.

The bungalow is in a really peaceful location, we slept really well. It is all very modern, with a dishwasher and washing machine, but as described nothing is provided so you will need to buy tablets/washing powder. Same in the kitchen, which had enough for us to easily cook, but you will need to bring or buy oil, salt, pepper, foil etc. You have to pick the keys up from their office in PDI, so arriving on public transport could make things difficult. But that was no problem for us. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach. Plenty of parking. Really comfortable and a lovely pool, which we often had to ourselves. And was at a great price for where it is. Everyone in the El Palmeral complex was super friendly. Would stay again and recommend to others.
