Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

This place is a little paradise. I love the fact that the beach is right there, just walk by the two beautiful pools and pass a wooden door and you are at the beach. I went in a down season, so the place was basically all to myself. I wanted to stay longer, but next time. Inside they have everything needed for a great stay. I will definitely come back to this place.

Perfect for our family and pet. Amenities were just what we needed, exactly as described and then some. Would highly recommend.

The place was very clean and the hosts were very responsive as well! They even gave me a few restaurants to visit in the area which was awesome! I would visit again!

We really enjoyed this place both for its modern and atypical design and for its location close to the city center and beaches. Its location in the heart of nature offers a peaceful and bucolic setting Maria Cécilia was always responsive to our requests and even found us a great transportation solution for our arrival and return to Punta Cana. I cannot say enough about this place. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood peaceful. This allowed for great sleep so that we could enjoy our day. Maruscha was the best host. She linked us to great excursions and taxi drivers to get us around. She recommended restaurants too!! Highly recommend.

Very nice spacious apartment located close to a beautiful beach. The city center and its shops are within a 15-minute walk. On the way and waterfront of very good restaurants. We asked Cristian for information on site and he was very responsive.

It is a good place to enjoy and be at peace, as it has one of the most beautiful beaches in Terrenas. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, as was the complex. Everything was just perfect, Ingrid is a very good host and is very attentive ❤️

Diego is really a Superhost whenever you need him he is answering! (not hiding!) .His place was great ,well equipped,everything inside worked well(a/c,coffee pot,ect) comfy beds! .Penthouse view (4th floor...yes) is unbeatable! Place is safe, quiet,well located,half way walk to the beach and halfway to the city,restaurants 2 beach chairs provided(you need them!) and an umbrella (don't really need it! ...lot's of trees LoL) Thanks for everything Diego you are such a good person! Will definitely come back!

Great place, great price, great location. may be upgraded with Ac an Tv in the rooms I did not need them but for other usera and other seasons may be useful.

This place is beyond beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and mosquito hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

We had a great stay in the condo near the beach. It’s the third year we’ve been coming to Playa Bonita residences and always stayed in Los Cocos apartments. We will definitely be coming again.

We had an amazing stay at Margaret’s condo with our family of five! The unit was equipped with everything we needed—washing machine, dryer, BBQ, beach chairs, and all the essential kitchen appliances. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and the pool is absolutely amazing. Margaret, the owner, and the property manager, Eduardo were incredibly accessible and responsive, always available to answer any questions we had. Their attentiveness and care made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

Great place. Carmen was a pleasure to deal with. Very responsive to any inquiries. Place was great and as per description and photos. We love the location. So close to the beach, restaurants and town. Condo complex is well managed, quiet and 24/7 security. Highly recommend.

A charming place. I would definitely go back again. Yani the housekeeper is a sweetheart, 100% available at any time. A very quiet and affordable place if you want to stay in Las Terrenas. The neighbors are lovely people. The pool is not so popular with the tenants, so you won't have any problems with crowds in the common areas. If I had to mention one drawback, it would be the issue of the utensils available. If you try to bring your shampoo and conditioner, as well as bath soap, kitchenware and washing machine, there are some available but not enough. Cozy, very clean and beautiful. I'll definitely be back ❤️🇩🇴
