We had a lovely time at Ulrich's place. The communication with Ulrich was quick, easy and very friendly. The surroundings are quiet and idyllic and the view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment has a very relaxed atmosphere and has everything you need, so we felt immediately at ease. There are many activities and walks in the surrounding area to do. We can highly recommend a visit to Ulrich's apartment in Großgmain!

Román's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and warm. It has three levels, three large bedrooms, with empty furniture to store, two bedrooms share a balcony, there are three bathrooms, a desk, a pantry with many and varied appliances, a lot of kitchenware. several board games, it is ideal. The indoor pool area has a mini indoor garden, with tables and lounge chairs. We receive the impeccable house, it has everything you need and more! We went for Christmas and even cookie molds made it easier for us. The surroundings are beautiful, the views incredible, we had cows and even neighboring horses. The house has a terrace with outdoor dining room, two sleds and next to a hill where we slide in the snow. (it's almost the patio of the house). Ladau is a 20 minute drive to Salzburg, easy and quick to connect. Thank you Román, we enjoy your house. We will be back

Beautiful house, both on the outside and the inside. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Large fridge and freezer. A lot of things are made available to you as a guest, of course with the expectation that you handle things carefully. Nice pool, which is easily accessible from all rooms. Pool water was on the cold side!

An amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The house was cozy, and the little touches—like fresh towels, bathroom amenities , and local recommendations—made it feel extra special. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. Joy was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and so thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Absolutely beautiful location- amazing patio to sit and watch the sailboats! Very clean and modern space, plenty of staples in the kitchen- spices, utensils, etc.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Benjamin was incredibly helpful and provided a lovely space. It’s a great, quiet place to spend a few days.
