A lovely stay in Salzburg. The flat is just a little bit outside of the town, so perfect for peace and fresh air. Salzburg is easy to get to by bus/train- as are other attractions The flat is clean, tastefully decorated with antique furniture and very comfy beds. It was great value for a short weekend away.

The apartment was very well presented and in a peaceful quiet area. It was well equipped and spacious . The views were excellent from the balcony. It was ten minutes walk to St Wolfgang and convenient for all facilities. We would recommend it .

Our stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment is modern, stylish and thought out in detail – nothing is missing. A highlight were the two terraces on two sides where we could enjoy the first warm rays of the year at breakfast and catch the sun all day. The location is unique: absolutely quiet, in the middle of the countryside with fantastic views, but still easy to reach. The nearest villages are minutes away – the perfect combination of seclusion and easy access. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors and fully appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. The key handover was uncomplicated thanks to the security cassette, but the host warmly welcomed us and said goodbye – a great personal touch. This holiday apartment is a real secret tip! Absolutely recommended and we look forward to the next stay. Thanks!

Our family of 5 met with my brother's family of 5 here in Kuchl for a week holiday. Daniela's home was very nice. Plenty of space, nice outdoor area, everything the kids could want for fun. Our kids ranged from 1.5 yrs to 12. unfortunately the weather was rainy and colder than we expected, but we still had a great time. we visited Salzburg, the salt mine, thermal baths, and on sunny days enjoyed hiking and toboggan. supermarket 5 minutes away. kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids enjoyed feeding the chickens, ducks, and cats. We'd recommend it to others especially with kids.

Accommodation corresponds in everything to the description, house well equipped - great that all rooms have their own bathroom. The lake can be reached in three minutes on foot, you can still go swimming super quickly for hikes etc. The public, free beach is also in walking distance. The house stays nice and cool even with a week 30 degrees C. A small drop in defense is the street you hear on working days - WE is quiet.

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

My wife and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding in a small, private circle at Emanuela and then spending a few more days together in this refuge. In retrospect, we couldn't have made a better choice. Emanuela has created a true paradise here - perfect for a few days with family/friends to relax in nature or, as in our case, to celebrate a wedding with a handful of guests and then spend the honeymoon as a couple. The house is generously equipped for celebrations and really plays all the pieces, Emanuela is also an extremely warm and attentive host and very helpful when it comes to questions of the organization. All in all, it was an unforgettable time - Emanuela and her natural idyll in Unterach also had a big part of that and we sincerely want to say THANK YOU for that! We definitely want to come back! It’s a great place to stay. We enjoyed the view, the silence and the atmosphere. The jacuzzi is a plus!
