Cozy retreat is an understatement. This place was great. Exactly as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. Would for sure recommend to anyone looking to escape from the norm.

This place was absolutely amazing!! The host was great with a ton of communication and reasonable! Did her absolute best to satisfy our needs and did not disappoint at all!! Definitely am going to book an even longer trip to stay here again!!

Rebecca was the perfect host for our stay in Greensboro. The home was in the perfect location and totally exceeded our expectation. Rebecca was very flexible and always responded to my questions and request within 30 mins or less. This was a beautiful modern home as described with all the amenities. True Oasis for the weekend. I would definitely rent again when visiting the area.

This was such a pleasurable experience and a lovely home to stay in. I adore how clean and spacious this home is not to mention such a private/safe type of feel. Such a homey vibe when you are away from home. Communication was super nice and informative. I definitely plan to stay here again in the near future.

Very cozy, cute place. Intimate so me and my boyfriend had a lovely time. Had couple trails which we explored and had a great time. We are considering coming back in the summer.

Beautiful clean home, very peaceful environment...amazing scenery, I enjoyed the early morning view of nature in the background. The hot tub was relaxing and an awesome addition to my experience. I left feeling rested, and charged up. The home itself has a great vibe. I enjoyed my stay, it was definitely worth it & well needed. Thanks for having me!

Marshall's place is awesome! We have stayed here before and love the location and the house! Marshall is also very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful home and surroundings. It is quiet and peaceful with woods and water. The reservoir was beautiful, the water was warm. Great for kayaking. The location was private but close to Walmart,Aldi and other stores.

Preston's place was well thought out and comfortable. He had little touches all throughout that added to the homey feel such as a fan and white noise machine in the bedroom, a fully stocked medicine and bathroom cabinet, quick breakfast options, and a food pantry with stocked basics. This was the most well thought out airbnb I have stayed in. He really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. There was even a dog treat left out for my fur baby. Everything was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable with plush linens and down pillows. The kitchen had everything we could want or need including spices, oil, pantry basics, breakfast items, some refrigerated basics, plenty of ice, and chilled glasses in the freezer. The neighborhood is very quiet and a great place for a walk. It is also close to many stores and restaurants. Overall I would not hesitate to book this place again. It was an amazing trip!!

We loved staying in Jennifer's Airbnb. It was the perfect size for two people spending a weekend in Winston-Salem. Everything we wanted to do downtown (sights, restaurants, bars) was within walking distance from her house. The loft itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Stay was good. Location, in proximity to where we needed to go, was good. Simple, pretty private and quaint. Won’t mind another stay.😊

Carla was a very thoughtful host. There were snacks, bottled water, coffee and teas with honey, even half and half for the coffee. She provided firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows. She helped us find the best restaurants with great local recommendations. We even met her dog when we first got there so that everyone was on good terms (no barking, etc.) It's was very easy to have a relaxing weekend at her place.

This was a great stay for my family visiting for the holidays. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of charm! The home was spacious and cute, and exactly what we were expecting. The in unit washer and dryer was very helpful for our extended stay. I would definitely recommend staying here!

They were wonderful at communicating and giving extra toilet paper etc, when needed. The place was clean and a wonderful location to get around if walking or needing a Lyft or ride. The neighborhood was clean and the place was cozy. Thank you.

We were in town for admitted student's day at UNCC and Jayne's place is located across from campus. The house is cute with all the listed amenities. My only comment would be that there are a lot of air fresheners in the house. My family didn't notice but I am sensitive. We would stay there again if our daughter commits to UNCC.

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

I stayed in Charlotte for 6 weeks to get a feel for living in the city, and Rachel's place was a great introduction to the area. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to the main bars and restaurants in Uptown Charlotte. There is also a great coffee shop (sneakily also a bar) across the street that I would recommend. Any small issue that arose, Rachel was extremely responsive and everything was solved as soon as it was able to. Overall, very satisfied with my stay at Rachel's apartment!

Our family rented the Fountain of Young over Thanksgiving as a central location to gather 3 generations together. It's ideal for families; there are enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, yet many spaces to gather together. The media room with the projector screen was a huge hit, as was the heated outdoor pool (a perk when most rentals close up their pools once summer is over). We enjoyed the outdoor gas fire pits; the private beach and kayaks looked inviting for those renting in warmer weather. There are beautiful views of the lake from many spots along the rear of the house. Lastly I must comment on the kitchen - I have never rented an Air bnb with a better equipped kitchen! Any kitchen gadget you could possibly need is on site. For all the dishes, glasses, bakeware, etc., everything was so clean - they have an awesome cleaning crew. Also love that this rental is green they have detailed recycling instructions.

We absolutely loved staying at David’s place!! It was wonderful you can tell they really enjoy hosting they really thought of every little thing to have in their home! It was like we were staying with family! We most definitely will be back! Thank you!!

i had a great stay at josh’s airbnb! he was also extremely responsive no matter what i reached out to about. the space was clean and it was in a prime location. the fridge had water which i really appreciated. you could walk anywhere but also get anywhere via lyft/uber and because the location was so central, it was never expensive. it looked just like the photos. i’d likely stay again next time i’m in a charlotte. this is a great space to stay!

We were there for a wedding to the Ivory Barn and the location was perfect. We loved the porch. It was ideal for what we needed.

Excellent location if you are attending a function at Wake Forest. Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to Reynolda Village. Excellent value from a thoughtful host who provided muffins, coffee and other drinks.
