Monthly Rentals in Sakae Ward

It is a residential area a little far from the downtown area. You have to go to Enoshima, which is a little far for dinner, or in front of Guggenuma Station, and it looks like a space for local citizens. But it's the best place to spend time quietly. Gugenuma Beach is a 7-minute walk away, and the rice ball restaurant that opens early in the morning is very good.

We had an amazing stay at Seiji-san's place. The home is fantastic, with a stunning view that’s perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, surrounded by tranquility and free from the noise and hustle of the city. Seiji-san was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the tonkatsu he recommended, it was honestly the best we’ve ever had! We also had the pleasure of meeting Seiji-san and his adorable dog, which made the experience even more special. The house itself had everything we could need, and it was spotless. The automated bathtub was a first for us, and we loved it! Thank you, Seiji-san, for such a wonderful and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back!
