Exceptional views of the Ria and the sea will delight you in the morning by opening the curtains of the huge bay window. If you're lucky like us, from the balcony & with binoculars you might see the dolphins in the sea between Kermorvan and the Sablons Blancs. The apartment is ideally located in Le Conquet and the parking space is an appreciable luxury in this city where it's hard to find a place; certainly you'll have to maneuver a little to get in/out but it's still very nice. The apartment is spacious for a couple with children and the large sun terrace from 12~1 pm is very nice. To redo!

Very convenient, well-equipped studio. Very well located with public transport nearby. (convenient when you come without a car and by train, a bus leads there almost directly). Close to the center and especially in an extremely quiet area that allows you to enjoy the melody of the seagulls:) very simple access and clear and precise information from Dominique. In short, very good stay!

Sébastien was very available and warm to welcome us. The apartment suited us well. We and our family were able to park in their driveway. The house is not very far by car from supermarkets. We would recommend it.

Perfect place for our one night stay in Brest. Very clear access instructions, accommodation as described. Good bedding, quiet environment, we only have positive things to say. The value is excellent and hosts are very responsive to our questions via messaging.

Very good stay spent as a family! Odile was responsive in communication before our arrival then discreet and available during our stay. Very kind and welcoming, we immediately felt good. With 2 small children, Odile had already thought about securing the stairs for our well-being. The accommodation was nice and functional, all the amenities worked well and there were games suitable for the children who made their stay happy. The location is close to small shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco bar, convenience store) and a 25-minute walk from the beach. A little noise with the church bells and the passage of cars but which concern us, did not bother us. We had a great time, thank you! Nice continuation

What a view. Right on the harbor, overlooking the boats that either gently swing in the waves or lie in the sand at low tide. Everything can be reached quickly on foot. We will very much miss the calls of the seagulls to the freshly fetched croissant.

Quite spacious accommodation. The bedding is of very good quality. The living room is large. The couch is actually a little hard at the seat. There is no TV but personally we did not miss it. There are a few books and documentation about places to visit. For us it was perfect. Benjamin is a discreet host but very attentive and responsive when asked. It is very nice and in the exchange. Thank you so much for contributing to our wonderful stay in this wonderful area!

Very nice apartment, impeccably clean! The accommodation is ideally located for accessing the Port and going for a walk or shopping. Vanessa was very accommodating to us.

The house where the apartment is located is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to the botanical garden in a very forested green setting with uncommon species like tree ferns. To walk there without fail...an intermarche is next door with a laundromat because no washing machine. We were very well hosted by Denise's daughter Claudie. Only bemol l humidity of the place because the house is in the valley of Stang Alar: very beautiful place but especially ideal in hot weather...

Clean space identical to the listing description. Only downside: it would be necessary to review the flush, very hard to use. The hardwood floors between the bedrooms and the kitchen make a horrible noise. I would this place, very well equipped and spacious.

I am extremely satisfied with my stay. The apartment is conveniently located, facing the sea. A magnificent view. All you have to do is go down and you are at the beach. At the bottom of the building, bakery, creperie (which I highly recommend too!) and other shops that complete all the pleasure of the stay. Claudine is extremely responsive to any questions, available and very pleasant. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant time. In short, what a positive thing… highly recommend!

Very good stay in this cottage! You have everything you need in the space. The pool area is very neat and clean just like the exteriors A very good welcome on arrival and departure. Note outside of the listing but be sure to book in advance if you want to eat in a restaurant near the cottages. In high season, the squares are expensive.

Very good stay in this pretty corner of Finistere. Quiet. Well located apartment with direct beach access, La Pointe St Mathieu superb during the day or evening! 🤩 Access to the islands of Molène and Ouessant 10 minutes from the apartment👍. The different lighthouses of the coast🤩!! Sébastien is a very responsive host and the apartment is well equipped.

We had an unforgettable stay in an apartment very well located with a magnificent view of the sea of impeccable cleanliness Denis and Sandrine are a host and a very pleasant attentive co-host the pool and sauna are a sacred ++ the St Mathieu lighthouse the nearby museums are incredible we have not finished visiting everything in 4 days We'll be back with great pleasure and even longer Sabrina Cédric and their daughters
