I understand why previous reviews were from repeat stays! Matthew's place is in a perfect location for anything you want to do inside of Louisville. Great street parking and the space is so comfortable, tastefully designed and welcoming. The hosts have done a great job caring for the space.

I booked Heather's place the same day I needed to arrive, it's a bad habit of how I like to travel. She was quick to respond to the reservation. I love how she set the expectations quickly and clearly. The location is fantastic. I didn't have the chance to take advantage of the restaurants close by while there but the pizza spot looks amazing. Lots of walkable options. I stayed in Louisville for work on this trip. We had a trade show at the Louisville expo it was an 11-15 min drive to the expo couldn't be more convenient! I have a short list of have to haves and heathers house nails them all! great hot shower with good pressure clean and tidy. comfortable bed with clean and super comfy bedding. Heather's place gives off good vibes. I recommend!

Ben was such a friendly and genuine host, the neighbors were welcoming, the place was spotless and cozy (the squish of the couch tho! 🥰), and the location is just DARLING, so walkable and quaint and charming. Worth your stay! My partner and I had a wonderful time with our pup.

Brandon’s place was perfect for what we needed. It was spotless, the building and amenities were awesome. Coffee, toilet paper, everything that we needed was provided. We would definitely stay again!

Centrally located (though probably busier when school is in session) clean and easy

The host was really responsive and tentative. The location was perfect for a getaway with my husband. Just remember not to lock the bottom lock because it needs a key. Overall, our trip and their house was perfect for our restful timeout from the world. Would stay again. Thanks for hosting us!

Lisa was one of the best hosts I have encountered. She was very helpful and provided loads of amenities. The house was located in a great area in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here if your travels bring you to Louisville KY.

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

Nice, clean place. While it was beside the Waterson and there was noise surprisingly it wasn’t not bad. The area was quiet otherwise.

Brittany’s apt is such a comfortable place to stay. Comfortable couches and luxurious bed. Everything is provided to make for a warm and welcoming stay. Very close to excellent restaurants.

The host was responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to help us get into the space seamlessly. He responded to any question quickly and the space was immaculately clean! We will definitely stay again in this beautiful space in a really neat area.

This was my first Airbnb experience and thought it would be a whole process but Devin and his team made it so easy to book the place and check in. He or one of his associates would answer any questions I had immediately making the stress of booking so much easier. The apartment we stayed in was beautiful and reasonably priced and had anything you could want. Me and my girlfriend told each other we could both see living in one of these apartments. Highly recommend this place and Devin as a host. Check in/out could not be easier.

Tyler was a gracious host. He was very responsive and flexible. the apartment was adorable! we loved the furnishings and the beds were super comfortable. everything was clean and we loved that there was popcorn and hot chocolate available for us.
