Apartment vacation rentals in Saint Matthews

This is the second time I have stayed and I'll be back again. Check in is easy. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. It's a hidden gem.

I understand why previous reviews were from repeat stays! Matthew's place is in a perfect location for anything you want to do inside of Louisville. Great street parking and the space is so comfortable, tastefully designed and welcoming. The hosts have done a great job caring for the space.

Heather is the perfect host. Very kind and accommodating. She offers great suggestions on things to in Louisville and best places to eat. The apartment is impeccably clean and well appointed. The kitchen has all the appliances and dinnerware one would need. The porch is a plus. Very nice to sit out there and read on a warm day. We would certainly love to stay in Heather’s lovely apartment the next time we are in Louisville!

Absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, in a very safe and quiet location, and close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. It was a perfect home base for exploring the area, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Ben was such a friendly and genuine host, the neighbors were welcoming, the place was spotless and cozy (the squish of the couch tho! 🥰), and the location is just DARLING, so walkable and quaint and charming. Worth your stay! My partner and I had a wonderful time with our pup.

A beautiful property! I hated to leave! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Covered free parking on the level of the unit made it easy to access. The step by step instructions were detailed extremely well, which made everything hassle free. Text messages and emails were promptly answered, and the communication overall was superior. Also, the Airbnb is in an upscale community, which is safe and walkable to coffee shops, breakfast cafes, and some really good eateries. Parks and safe walking spaces are all around. Loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here while our daughter played in a volleyball tournament. The location was conveniently located just a short drive from the Expo center where she played, the downtown area and a lot of restaurants. The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area!!

This apartment is such a cool space. It's very thoughtfully decorated and arranged. And the Highlands was a perfect neighborhood for our group. I couldn't have asked for a better setting and homebase for our trip and couldn't recommend Lisa's apartment more. It really went beyond our expectations and Lisa went equally above and beyond as a welcoming host. We had an unforgettable time, and Lisa and her place were a big part of it. Thanks, Lisa!

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

Sia's apartment was the perfect, quiet location for the event we were attending at the EXPO Center. The apartment included everything we needed for our stay, and I appreciated extra things like the Brita pitcher in the fridge :) Sia is extremely quick to respond to messages. Thanks for a great stay!

Brittany’s place was perfect for our stay in Louisville. Her space was clean and stocked with everything you need and extra of it. Walkable distance to many restaurants/cafes and a short drive into downtown. Cute, private deck for outdoor space. Really couldn’t ask for anything more!

The host was responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to help us get into the space seamlessly. He responded to any question quickly and the space was immaculately clean! We will definitely stay again in this beautiful space in a really neat area.

This place is awesome! Tucked into a sweet little neighborhood, this basement apartment is perfect for quick stop in. The neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a variety of home styles and makes a wonderful tour of the area. Monniker brewing is in walking distance and was a great recommendation by the host. Definitely a great place to stay.

We visited the area for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo. The location was absolutely perfect with a less than 5 min drive door to door. I was pleasantly surprised with how close the airport was, but we weren’t disturbed by airplanes. The place was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, decorated incredibly well and quiet. The beds were also super comfortable.The host was so accommodating to our flight situation and that was greatly appreciated. I’m a tough critic and I couldn’t find anything unsatisfying with this stay. I highly recommend this place and host if you are traveling in the area. You won’t be disappointed. 😊

Devin and his co-hosts are so awesome! They give clear step by step instructions for arrival, check in, check out, etc. I had some issues with the door code upon arrival at 11pm and they answered my call and message right away. Very clean place, close to everything, private and secure parking garage, and amenities are so nice. Wish we had better weather and/or more time to use them!

Devin's place was perfect for a work trip. The weather did not cooperate, so I didn't get to use the pool, but it looked exactly as pictured so my disappointment was entirely with the weather, not the apartment! Communion was easy and I was so grateful to be able to check in early. I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Wow, this place is very unique! First of all, read the description carefully, because it is very truthful and accurate. Second, the gated parking is very nice. The layout is a little separated but works for groups. The hot tub is great!

We had a great stay at this location! Check in was a breeze and very walkable to 4th Street Live.

Just WOW! We stay in Louisville at least once a month and this has been by far my absolute favorite air bnb! The host was super helpful and the amenities were phenomenal. We truly did not want to leave the air bnb.
