Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Saint John

We had a great stay! Plenty of room for our party of 8 to spread out! Suzy was very responsive to any requests or questions we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

We had a great stay at Villa Odyssea. Wonderful location, peaceful, breathtaking views. Kesha was very responsive to questions and provided support and recommendations for activities and restaurants. For anyone looking for a great place to stay in Tortola, villa Odyssea is the place. We stayed in the one bedroom villa. There is also a 2 bedroom villas that can also be rented for larger group. The villa is minutes away from the beach. Thank you Kesha for making our stay memorable!

Breakfast tacos on the covered patio was a wonderful break from the wedding festivities at Long Bay Beach resort. Fresh flowers were a lovely greeting. The air conditioners worked quickly! We were bid goodbye by a beautiful view of a double rainbow over the bay from the upstairs bedroom balcony on our last morning. The stairs made getting to and from the resort for wedding activities a breeze. Thank you, Sophie!

We really enjoyed our stay at Peter's guest house. The view from the deck was amazing - including fantastic landscaping, the pool was perfect, and all the amenities were great. Peter was very responsive and kind and helped us a lot with feedback and suggestions regarding things to do. Please do as the other reviews suggest and insist on an all wheel drive 2 door car such as a Jeep in order to get around and make it up and down the driveway.

This was such a wonderful place to stay on St. Thomas! It is secluded and private, has a beautiful and peaceful wrap-around porch, and suited all of our needs while staying on St. Thomas. The outdoor shower was just lovely, and I looked forward to it everyday being out and about exploring and hitting all the beaches. It is an excellent home base if you are looking to explore the island with a vehicle. Mark was communicative throughout, from booking to check-in and during our stay. He offered to pick us up from the airport when the wait for our rental car was excessive, to give you an idea of how helpful he is. Such a kind and genuine soul. He dug out the shop-vac so we could vacuum our rental before returning it. On our first day there, he took us to a parking spot down near the coast and then on a great jungle hike to get to an incredible secluded beach called Neltjeberg! Do not miss this for anything! You won't want to leave. Can't wait to come back for another visit. Book it now.

Pat and Brigadoon was an absolute key part to how much we enjoyed our trip to St. Thomas. It's a true hidden gem and Pat does a great job in keeping her guests feel at home. She was accessible, friendly, and very flexible. As for the property, I don't think you'll find a better spot for the price. We had a 3 person family. My daughter enjoyed having her own room with a/c and a king side bed. The view can't be beat and its location is very close to several great restaurants and features, such as the ferry to St. John. Others have commented on the steepness of the driveway, and yes.. it is steep and yes, a Jeep is 1000% suggested, but you get used to the terrain pretty quickly and it was never really a problem. If you are going to St. Thomas, seek out Brigadoon or any of Pat's other properties if she has more than one. You will not be disappointed and it will enhance your trip

Great view! very spacious! We enjoyed our stay & would come back again. It can be a little difficult to locate even with instructions, but once located no additional issues getting into the house. You should definitely rent an SUV or Jeep to get around the island and to get up the driveway at the property. Host was very accommodating as we arrived earlier than expected. The local co-host (Donovan) provided some local food options & less busy beach options.

We had a wonderful stay here- Dean and Melissa were very responsive and accommodating, and friendly. The interior is simple and functional, but the view is absolutely wonderful. We spent lots of time on the deck to enjoy it. We also spent a couple of hours one afternoon on the lawn area which was very nice as well and provides a little different view of Magen's bay/beach. You can also see the water from the living room. The windows provide an amazing breeze throughout the whole house, bathroom, and bedroom. Despite a bit of inevitable road noise, my wife had a couple of the best nights of sleep we have had in a long time here, waking up to the sunlight and breeze flowing into the house. There are basic necessities in the kitchen which allowed us to cook breakfast every day and one night in for dinner. It was really nice having the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear and not having to rent that everywhere we went.

This was a great place for our family walking to the beach was fast and easy. Loved it so much booked it again for Christmas 2025.

I had a wonderful stay at Juelis’ Airbnb! From the start, she was incredibly kind and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early, which was a huge help. The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating such a relaxing and welcoming vibe. I noticed a previous review mentioning concerns about the driveway and location, but honestly, that seems more like a misunderstanding of the island rather than anything to do with Juelis or her property. She provides incredibly clear directions (even a helpful video!), making it super easy to find the place. The roads aren’t like the ones in the States, but that’s just part of the island experience, not something the host can control. I visit the island monthly or every other month, and I can confidently say this was one of the best places I’ve stayed. Additionally, during our visit, we accidentally broke a flowerpot while adjusting the curtains, and Juelis was incredibly understanding and kind about it!

Absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb on Tortola! The unit was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and perfectly equipped with everything I needed, from a full kitchen to cozy outdoor seating. I left the doors open while I was there to take advantage of the lovely breeze. And while the unit has air conditioning O didn’t turn it on until I went to bed. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and full of local tips that made my trip extra special. Whether you’re looking to relax or adventure, this place is a perfect home base while you’re on Tortola.

The apartment was perfect. Its location provide a very panoramic view of the coast lines. Its was equipped with more than expected. A great home away from home. The host was always responsive to assist us settle in. We forgot some clothing in the washer after checking out. I considered them lost, but the host promptly delivered the clothing to us at the ferry station. THANK YOU!

Super nice Host. Her place was clean and super quiet. Definitely need a car to get to her spot. We got lost trying to find the place and and she guided us in - Staying on the phone with us unitl we reached.

Right next to the other side of the airport. Host gave clear instructions how to get there once I reached out. Very spacious. Just like the photos. There is a nice well stocked convenient store next to the house.

This Airbnb was greatly priced for the experience we got. It was very clean and spacious enough for me and my friends, great food options that were a walkable distance, and the beautiful sapphire beach that was right next to the building. Would recommend!

This condo was delightful-just as advertised. It was clean, bright, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped and we thoroughly enjoyed the large patio with views of the bay. The condo community was quiet and well maintained. Overall very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was everything we thought it would be. The view is out of this world and the host was extremely accommodating. Would recommend to any one visiting the Island.

The Condo is beautiful and well appointed and the setting was superb! We travelled to different beaches each day and then spent the later afternoons on Cowpet Bay which was a nice break from the crowds.

Beautiful views, comfortable and clean! Chris and Carol were excellent hosts. Very informative and communicated well. Responsive and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. The AC worked great!!! Definitely follow the recommended temperature, it stays very comfortable. We did not want to leave!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

Beautiful location! Very private and quiet. Awesome location close to Redhook and ferry to St. John! Locals beach very close was nice!
