Monthly Rentals in Saint Davids

Check-in was smooth, and Delon was there right on time as promised. The place is small but cozy, and overall, I have no complaints about the stay itself. Unfortunately, there was a small storm on the island during my visit, which caused the water and electricity to go out. While this was completely out of Delon’s control, he was very helpful and brought water to assist during the situation, which I appreciated! Thank you Delon for your hospitality.

We stayed for 14 days , it was easy to get in and out of the house, everything worked good, beds was very comfortable, ac worked great. The road leading down to the house is gravel, but still nice. very quiet road little to no traffic. We will use this house again

We just had the best possible experience at Cita‘s place for the past five days. Fist of all Cita is a lovely host, you immediately feel at home and she provides you with A LOT of recommendations for places to eat we would‘ve never found without her, amazing hikes we would‘ve never done without her and just learned much about Grenada and it‘s people. She prepared a great variety of breakfast each morning which we consumed with a great ocean view from her terrace. Also she made sure that the other apartment (she has two) was not booked at the same time so we had a very private honeymoon. If you have a car rental the location is perfect and you will be granted a parking spot at her place as well. Don‘t be afraid Grenada‘s roads aren‘t as bad as said online. The only downside is that there is no A/C, there are two large fans, that helps, but it can definitely get hot during the night. Nevertheless it was more than worth it‘s money and we would love to come back some day! :-)

The host was fantastic, and the place met our expectations. Kerry showed concern for both our comfort and convenience. For example, he provided us taxi service to and from the airport and facilitated a car rental. The process was smooth and effortless on our part. His communication and responsiveness were incredibly excellent, as he was always accessible and punctual. I felt safe and comfortable in the place. The people were friendly, the apartment had all the necessary conveniences, and the breezy environment and windows ensured the kitchen and living area temperature was right for me. The bedroom has AC for a cool, cozy, and cuddly effect at night. The location suited my needs as it was out of the busy city area to give a country feel, but it was still close enough, about a 15-minute drive to the heart of the city. There is an open community playfield next door for my morning walks, but I also took strolls along the edges of the narrow streets that go up and downhill. It was fun.
