Vacation rentals in Saint Charles

What a beautiful property right on the lake. I hope I’m able to come back when the weather is nicer. I could only imagine what the lake looks like when everything starts to bloom! Thank you so much for such a great place.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend, looking for a little getaway to disconnect—and this cabin was perfect for that! The space is small but super cozy, making it ideal for a relaxing weekend in. The kitchen is fully stocked, the bathroom is amazing (though the water does tend to splash out quite a bit—maybe a door or barrier would help), and the bed was incredibly comfy. Everything was very clean, which we really appreciated! We loved having so many amenities, from the grill to the indoor and outdoor fireplaces and, of course, the hot tub—it made our stay even more special. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this cabin for a peaceful escape!

We were there during the flood. Judy let us know where we could stay. Kept the communication open and on going. Looking foward to visiting this summer and really enjoy the area and trails when we bring our sxs. Our friends loved the area as well. We travelled from SC for an overnight trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peggy’s place! It was just like it’s described, great location too! The porches are perfect for morning coffee. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Peggy is a great host, her response time to my messaged was quick, she was very accommodating to us and our arrival time! Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

Michael’s house was a wonderful find. From the cleanliness and comfy feeling to the beautiful front porch and back yard. You feel right at home. Personally loved the modern look in the country cabin vibe. Amenities were just how described. With a well stocked kitchen. The pack and play. The highchair. The spacious bedrooms. Clean bathrooms. Michael’s place had everything you would need for your stay. Really a home away from home. The hosts were extremely responsive. Positive and diligent to make sure any needs we needed were met. I look forward to staying again. Cheers!

Russ’s house is very private and a beautiful place to hang out. I will look for his place next time!

Paul is a great host. The house was exactly as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My husband needs a firm mattress. The mattress did disappoint! Very much enjoyed our stay.

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.
