We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well located for strolling by the sea and shopping on foot. Good restaurants nearby. The apartment is nice, only downside for the TV box which presented some malfunctions. Stéphanie, from the concierge, welcomed us very warmly despite our delay and remained available by text message.

Alain's place is as described. You actually have to bring your own sheets. However, pillow covers and towels are provided. The apartment is very well located and private parking is a significant advantage in a neighborhood where parking is paid. We thank Alain for his flexibility in scheduling when my husband arrives. However, if you are at Free for mobile phone, the mobile phone goes wrong. Thanks again to Alain for hosting us.

Wonderful stay at Didier's place. Very friendly welcome and lots of tips on what to do when and where to do. Fully equipped apartment with really everything the traveler could need. The Velo parking spaces behind the house are open, but in a quiet side street and not visible from the outside behind a hedge. We didn't worry about the bikes here. Didier was also very helpful with other things, he always finds a solution. We will be happy to come back again.

The location was just great and extremely calm. we loved our stay there from the first moment.

Super nice host, very attentive and considerate. For my goal which was to settle into the city and stay in the studio until I find an apartment, the studio was a little far from the city center, but, although it is only served by a bus line, the stop is right in front. Would highly recommend, especially for a holiday stay. Well equipped and clean. The host's kitten frequently comes to the window, so be careful if you have allergies.

Extremely well-equipped, this small apartment is very functional and neat. The environment is peaceful, close to the ocean and a pine forest. Aline is a proactive, attentive host who takes care of the details. As you can see, everything is at its best regarding the service.

Listing as described. Small but functional. Perfect for an extended weekend with family (2 adults, 2 children and a dog). The accommodation is close to the port and amenities which allowed us to forget the car. Hearing the sea and seagulls in the morning allows a total change of scenery. The beach is just behind the building, the harbor is a 15 minute walk away. Thanks to Nicolas for his responsiveness to our quick questions. Good value for the money.

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

Very nice apartment, located 10 min from the beach & 15 min walk from the city center. Clean, very well equipped (oven, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine). Private parking. Very pleasant and responsive host. We'll definitely be back next year 😀

Apartment completely in line with the description and photos. Pleasant interior, tastefully decorated, well arranged and widely equipped. Ideal location close to Baule and Pouliquen. Very friendly environment with views of the water and the equestrian center with the exercises of the riders to look at. The heated pool is an undeniable extra comfort.
