We had a great stay! The location is amazing, a very short distance to the city centre, which made everything super convenient. Having a secure parking space was such a bonus! The host was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great location. Easy to get to public transport and walk to King’s Park. The apartment was spacious, lovely and cool.

This airbnb was an excellent surprise. In the middle of such a busy part of the city, and with Fringe World right next door, the apartment was completely quiet. Getting there and inside was super easy, and getting around with the free cat bus around the corner was great. The apartment has everything you need, it is so well set up and sparkly clean. I will definitely try and book again!

We had a wonderful stay at Seb’s home! The place was spotless, well-organized, and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The amenities were great, and everything we needed was provided. Seb was an excellent host—friendly and responsive. The location was peaceful, right by the river, making it a lovely spot to relax. If we have the chance, we would love to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The house is beautiful, spacious very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need for your stay, a real home from home experience. Plenty of nice little additions like Soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, condiments, kitchen paper, ice in freezer and cold water in the fridge door. Everything was spotlessly clean. The facilities near by are fantastically close, a very short walk down the road with everything you could possible need. We cannot praise Jade's Hairdressers enough Jade and her staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. We cannot praise the house and location more it was all simply wonderful. We have family and friends in Australia and would defiantly choose to stay here again

Nangs place was awesome, had everything I needed so I can chill on my week off. Even the small things like having some laundry powder and toilet paper so I didn’t have to go buy some just for a few days stay really helped make settling in easier. Loved the blackout shutters 👍 She let me check in early which was a lifesaver since I just flew in from work and was exhausted. Honestly was a perfect stay and can’t recommend enough, thanks.

We stayed in Hillary’s-beautiful house and outdoor area.Pool was medium sized not huge but the space was amazing.On the more expensive end but house had lots of room big bedrooms and a fully functioning kitchen. Host seemed nice and responsive Would Highly Recommend very close to the beach and the people around are lovely

Carol's place is fantastic, lots of space inside, a great deck and secure front garden, and only a 10 minute walk to a wonderful dog friendly beach. A great cafe also only a few minutes walk away. And lots of shops for necessities, take-aways etc just a couple of minutes drive away. We loved it and will definitely return! 😊

An absolutely perfect spot to stay with a family to explore Perth. The room set up was ideal, the home was clean and really well laid out, the Alexas and smart TVs were a great escape after long days of exploring. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay and we will absolutely look at booking this home again the next time we visit!

Another thoroughly enjoyable stay at Lyric's Pad which has got to be our favourite Airbnb worldwide. Not just for the outstanding quality of the accommodation, including all the amenities, but also for the unfailing kindness of Michiel, Luka and their family. We're already planning our next visit and hope to be lucky enough to book the Pad again!

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

Perfectly located only 10 m walk from Fremantle center this apartment fulfilled all our expectations. It looked exactly as per the photos, very clean and tidy, the decoration created an amazing vibe and it’s equipped with everything you need to have a very comfortable stay. Brian was very easy to communicate with, he responded messages quickly and also allowed an early check in which was very appreciated as I landed early in the morning. He also provided toiletries essentials and kitchen snacks to make sure we had something handy to eat. Location was top, just by Fremantle prisión and 10 minutes walk to the center or train station, we had an amazing time and will highly recommend this place if you’re planning your next holidays to Perth! Thank you very much for having us!

From our booking 6months ago to our check in this week CJ was professional and friendly. Nothing seemed to much bother with all our questions. Check-in was quick and easy and the accommodation was neat and tidy and felt like home. Our welcome package was a great addition to our stay. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!

We had a wonderful stay at Pei’s place. Just a short 10 minute walk from beautiful Scarborough Beach and close to other beaches such as Trigg and North Beach. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was extremely spacious! It felt very homely inside but with a beautiful beachy vibe! Also close to a bus stop which is great if you don’t have a car with you! The aircon was wonderful as our stay consisted of multiple 40+ degree days. The one thing I would say is the rooms do get quite hot on a night, however the fans do help this a little - this obviously can’t be helped during a heatwave! Pei was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
