We have a wonderful few days here. Ian hosted us superbly: clear, proactive communication; a perfectly clean house that matched the pictures, with a well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom; a wood burner (with logs); and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us to get into the hills and it was good value. We could not have asked for more.

Gorgeous location & great host - exactly what I needed for a relaxing & restorative weekend. Lovely wild swimming spots, walks & stunning scenery. You are fully immersed in the surroundings, apart from the occasional walker it’s just you & nature! The bothy itself was cosy & comfortable, had everything I needed. Was very sad to leave at the end of the weekend - will definitely be returning, and for more time :)

Stayed here for the Coast To Coast walk - was comfy, cosy and clean space to relax for the following day. Had dinner from the Fish & Chip shop which was also decent.
