Monthly Rentals in Chang Phueak

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

Super good reviews!The house is well-equipped, in a good location, with lots of space. The host is also very nice and provided a lot of help! This space is very comfortable for 4 people. The ground floor is the living room and kitchen. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors are all private bedrooms and private bathrooms. There are just 4 beds, but it's actually enough for 6 people.The decoration is also very good and new, I also like the sofa and bedding. The location is close to MAYA, shopping is very convenient, it is also very close to the ancient city or other restaurants, getting around is very smooth. The host, Walt, communicates in Chinese very conveniently, and also recommended a lot of food shops and travel arrangements (for example, which temples and markets to go to), ate very satisfying food with my companions, very happy. I've added it to my list and recommended it to other friends. I'll stay again next time I go to Chiang Mai!

We’ve spent 50 nights at the apartment and we loved every minute. The complex is fantastic: very safe, very clean, well maintained and small-scale. The apartment itself is cozy, quiet, well equipped spacious compared to many other studios in Thailand. The neighborhood offered loads of local and cheap restaurants and places for a drink. And last but not least Lucy did her utmost to make us as happy as possible: every request was answered immediately and in a very friendly way!
