Vacation rentals in Rutland

We spent Christmas from December 19-28. Nine adults and 3 kids. We booked this a year ago so we could spend all of our energy planning a perfect Disney vacation for our grandchildren. Susan is an excellent host very responsive from the beginning. Being new to Airbnb I needed extra attention and Susan gave us clear instructions. The house is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. The location is close to Shopping and restaurants. The amenities of the house made it easy for us to plan our down days. We paid for the resort bands but did not use the resort because the house was so comfortable and accommodating that the kids didn’t want to leave. I loved having the option though. It’s easily 30 minutes to all of the parks. Being Christmas we expected traffic. We had minimal problems navigating through traffic. I highly recommend Susan and the resort if you are considering Florida.

Miguel helped us move in quickly after our home was destroyed by Hurricane Milton. He was very responsive to any question or issue.

Simply Wow I have stayed at a bunch of nice Airbnb before but Winston and his beautiful place took 1st place. From before checking in with all the detailed instructions made checkin super simple. Any time I text Winston he responded right away and helped out with some request that we had. The kids and us loved the decor of the house and setup with the play area in 2nd floor to watch tv even connected their Xbox and played for hours. The pool wasn’t too big but it was the perfect size for all of us to enjoy it together as a family of 9. I would HIGHLY recommended this house to anyone and would definitely stay here again next time we are in the Orlando area. Thanks again Winston for being a great host!

Ana’s place was beautiful, homey, and looked just like the pictures! We really enjoyed the decor and appreciated that it even had toys, a crib, strollers, etc for the kiddos. Location was great and close to the Disney parks and restaurants. Thank you!

We loved staying in Kathleen's house. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay. The house and yard were very spacious, and our dog enjoyed the yard. Unfortunately, our dog wouldn't ride in the golf cart, but we enjoyed walking the golf trails and exploring the village. We definitely plan another visit in the future.

Great place. Very kid friendly and the layout was perfect. Not too far from Disney properties also. It worked out very well for our group. Resort was nice too. Property managers were very responsive. Overall I would recommend.

We spent a very pleasant week at the property. After a long day of activities, it was great to get into the jacuzzi in the evening. The condo itself is pristine with all the needed amenities, to include a stocked kitchen. Shopping and restaurants are very close. The host is very responsive to any question that may arise. Well done and certainly recommend.
