This is the 5th time I’ve stayed st this apartment. There’s a 24 hour supermarket, great food and drink options and the apartment itself is really well equipped and in a great location.

I would like to say how grateful I’m for Yaqoob assistance on my last minute reservation. My husband and I were trying run away from the city to a place where we could just rest and we found this on Yaqoob’s place. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful, private, amazing pool and hot tub, everything so clean and the smell on the entire house is just lovely. We loved the decoration of the house. I wish I had booked for more than one night—the Ramadan atmosphere in Muscat is truly wonderful! We rented a boat trip with dinner for just 10 OMR, and I really wish I had more time to have a barbecue on the balcony. I will definitely book this place again! The apartment is cozy and has everything you need. The design is truly impressive! The port is just 5 minutes away from the apartment, and the best part is that its location makes it easy to enjoy Muscat in every direction! You can also book a boat trip to explore the beautiful sea views.

We stayed with Regula for 4 nights with our daughter (almost 1.5 years old). Communication in advance was easy and Regula was quick to respond to requests. Check-in was easy and fast. The place was very clean and is well equipped. It is ideally located for exploring the surroundings of Muscat. At the same time, it is in a quiet location within walking distance of the sea. An ideal combination for us. In addition to the many points that have already been mentioned (also in other reviews), there is a main reason for us why we would come back: The accommodation, hostess and surroundings have soul and heart. The details in the accommodation speak of a love of land and people. Absolutely recommended!
