Monthly Rentals in Ruivos

this place is great for a short vacation, as well as a long stay like ours. though it is small it is also very comfortable (and cozy). the kitcenette was well equiped and i cooked almost all our meals there. julia was friendly, nice and attentive. she was always within reach if we needed something. i definitly recommend staying here if you are in need of accomodation in this beautiful area of portugal.

Everything was great. We were greeted by his mother, very nice, generous and she explained how to use everything. They welcomed us and gave us wine, eggs, oranges and potatoes from their garden... What luck to have come at this time! The house is bigger than it looks in the photos, very well equipped and furnished, very clean. Communication had to be a mix between French-Portuguese, but as Spaniards we understood everything well. The only thing is that the heating is a fireplace in the living room that doesn't quite heat the rest of the rooms. In February we wore a sweater and slippers in the house and that was enough to keep from getting cold. .

Everything is as new , all appliances are there! The location is amazing , high up the mountains with a 5 star view

The days in Maria's beautiful house were wonderful. It is decorated with a lot of love, cozy and very clean. It is quietly located. We quickly felt at home, cooked a lot in the kitchen and sat on the terrace in the morning and evening. Maria came by twice briefly and we were able to talk. The village can be reached either on foot or by car. There are some supermarkets nearby. Sistelo or Soajo are also not far by car for excursions in the very beautiful area. We can well imagine coming back someday. Thanks, Maria!
