A peaceful and quiet retreat for a weekend getaway. The little touches such as the fresh flowers and chocolate were a thoughtful surprise. We also enjoyed meeting one of the furry four legged neighbours. This was the perfect location to retreat to after attending events in Greytown (a short car drive just out of the centre of Greytown ). I only wish we had been able to stay longer to read some of the books available ( I did manage to finish my own book that I had bought along).

Jill’s place is in a great location with easy beach access via the garden, walking distance to shops and cafes. Comfortable beds and sofas. Thoughtful touches, children’s toys, books and games for the grown ups. Our family of three generations thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day.

This place is truly the house on a hill with a spectacular view of Kapiti that changes constantly though out the day. The house is filled with light and sun a very easy modern house that suited our large family group with enough space for everyone with inside outside flow and a great kitchen which we all used to cook together in.The day trips were easy from here and the trip into wellington was perfect with the highway. The house had everything that made our trip easy and relaxed. Since being home we have all missed the magic view.

Craig and Kylie were excellent hosts, and their home was a wonderful place for our family of four to enjoy for a couple weeks. The location was peaceful yet everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery, cafes, library, park, beach, shops, and more). The beds and lounge areas were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Our favorite part about the house was the giant sliding glass wall that opens up completely to the backyard!

I can't recommend Emma enough. From her recommendations to everything the house had to offer, if you get the opportunity to stay at Emma's place definitely do so. When I next visit Martinborough, the first place I'll check to try and stay will be here.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely cottage. The place was tidy and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The garden and outdoor area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing - definitely recommend marshmellows over the fire! Check in/out was easy and we had all the information needed for a relaxing stay.

Spacious, beautiful home with all amenities needed. We stayed 2 nights and would happily have stayed longer to make the most of the back yard and BBQ in the summer sun. Quiet surroundings, a 5 min walk into the square and perfectly located to bike around the wineries. We stayed on martinborough fair weekend, and while the town was busier we were not impacted by traffic or disruption at all! A lovely touch having complimentary eggs, bread, wine and more! Only downfall was while the place is fully fenced, one of the fences is low and wire-based, and my dog could have escaped if she wanted to. Plenty of places to tie her on a long-lead so we made it work when we went out.

Excellent stay and wonderful hosts! We had wifi issues and they truly went above and beyond to fix it for us! Wonderful location with a great view! We also really enjoyed playing the games they provide! Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for great sleep and close to beach. No dishes to do, as were done for us. Ideal hideaway from the world everything was there for this experience.

We had a fantastic time at Ty's house in Paraparaumu. It felt modern despite the amazing retro fit-out. Incredibly well equipped for our family of four - clean, bright, quiet. Perfect location. Would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to all.

We were staying only for two nights but wish stay more then week to enjoy this home and place around. We love it!
