Family-friendly vacation rentals in Rosemary Beach

We loved staying here! We had a large group, and this house was perfect! We never felt too on top of each other and it was so nice being two blocks from the beach. Taylan was so quick to respond and was flexible to help us have the best time. We really enjoyed working with Taylan and hope to work with them again! 10/10 experience

We absolutely loved our stay at Miramar Beach and at this Airbnb! We felt right at home there. Also, we loved how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Definitely recommend!

Great place

Matthew and Sarah’s place was beautiful. They really put time into making your stay comfortable. They are very responsive. Our top requests were a warm pool and comfortable beds. We had both of those. The pool water temp was amazing. We all slept so well on the comfortable beds. We had so much fun as a family of 6 riding around on the golf cart when we went out for dinner or to the beach. You will not be disappointed if you choose one of Matthew and Sarah’s properties. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the townhouse. It was clean and nicely decorated. It feels like home and not a rental unit. It has great amenities that we all enjoyed, like Alexa speakers in every room and a large smart tv with multiple streaming options. Right outside there is a nice pool and the beach is in walking distance from the community. The exit from the community leads you straight to public beach access. There is a lovely patio in the back with table, chairs and a grill. If the weather wasn’t so chilly we would have spent more time there. Elvira was very responsive and accommodating. I would love to book this place again when the weather is warmer.

Great location, beautiful pool, and a safe neighborhood. Many of the neighboring homes are AirBnbs as well, so be prepared for outdoor music during peak seasons, but the home and service from management was wonderful! Very responsive to issues and even offered an early checkin. I would stay here again!

Second time staying here with Jessica as our host! Somehow it got even better with a brand new remodel. Quick and easy beach access and a nice pool! Would highly recommended booking and staying with Jessica.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back! The house was very clean and met all of our family’s needs. The location was perfect with the pool being right across the street and only a short walk to the beach. Becky was a great host and very accommodating. It was the perfect location to spend the holiday week with our family.

This home was perfect for our family of 7, one being a toddler. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare large meals. Plenty of comfortable seating. Walkable to beach, restaurants and fun things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Danielle ‘s place! The location was very beautiful in a really nice area! It was extremely easy to get back-and-forth to the beach even with all of our stuff!! The rooms are huge and there’s plenty of room to spread out across the house! We also loved the rooftop view as well. The kitchen was great and had plenty of space for us to cook nearby. Some really cool restaurants were nearby and it was a short ride if you wanted to drive into downtown Destin for more to do!

Very accurate description. Our family doesn’t need the latest and greatest decor. We only care that we have a clean home to stay in and it was clean. We enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed that everyone had their own bathroom. Mike was very quick to text back with any questions I had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and quiet home during our Florida vacation. The location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Rebecca was an amazing host—responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The golf cart was a fantastic bonus, making our beach outings and dining experiences even more memorable. We will definitely return if Rebecca will have us!

Chandra’s place was just as described. Very nicely decorated and clean. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and we had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. We plan to visit again.

We really enjoyed the close walk ability to the beach. This was a great location in Gulf Highlands closest to the beach entrance. Not all pools are heated, but it wasn’t far to walk to one of the heated pools. We also enjoyed the putt putt course. We found the people at the entrances to be quite pleasant and helpful. Katy was a great host to work with, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Unfortunately we had cold and rainy weather most of our stay so we did not get to use the lovely patio area as we’d hoped. So we easily drove to explore areas both east and west of PCB. Lots of good restaurants in the PCB areas too.

A wonderful stay at a beautiful beach house. Pamela was a great host. Great location within 5 minutes walk your toes are in the sand. The sunsets are breathtaking. Restaurants and entertainment are within walking distance. Great coffee cafes close by. Dog friendly beach house that won’t disappoint. Pamela was extremely caring and kind we were evacuated due to the hurricane that hit the Sarasota area and Pamela was very kind in our last minute booking and was very kind in a special discount on her rates due to our circumstances of being evacuated from a Cat 4-5 hurricane in our area in SWFL. Pamela is the kind of host that you want to give your vacation rental dollars to. A kind and caring host. Don’t hesitate to book this beach house rental.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach cottage. Everything was perfect and within walking distance to great food, pool and beach. We will be back soon!

I really enjoyed my stay here

The house is a very short walk from the beach and an easy drive to anything in PCB. We had other family staying at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat while we were there, which was very easy to access from this house. Other things we liked: the dining table is huge and also great for board games, the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog, there were extra pool floats, chairs, and beach toys at the house so we didn't have to bring as much. All in all, we would stay here again.

Our family of four had a fabulous spring break trip and a great part of that was staying in this home! The golf cart made it SO easy and fun to get the beach!! Having access to their beach chairs and things made it easy as a traveler. This was our first time visiting the Gulf coast and we will be back!
