The apartment is in a great location, a 5-minute walk to downtown and close to shops. Spacious and with all the amenities, especially the kitchen equipment, you won't see anything like it in a rental apartment. In the bedrooms, very comfortable beds and enough storage space. Perfect water pressure in the shower and enough hot water for 4 showers. There is bathroom furniture to store all your things, although no shelf to leave them within easy reach. The house was very clean. Communication with the host, a 10, he answers in a few minutes and resolves all your doubts. He was kind enough to leave us something to eat for our late arrival. Self check-in is a good thing, you don't have the stress of having to arrange your schedule with someone. The only negative points (which cannot be improved, do not depend on the host): - The terrace is minimal and with 0 privacy - Parking. It's greatly appreciated to have a free parking spot in the area, but it's very, very difficult

We were greeted by Hermann, Luisa's husband, he showed us the house, and we had a very pleasant conversation, the house is very clean and does not lack anything, as a welcome, a basket with fruit on the kitchen table, water and milk in the fridge. The location is excellent, a 5 min. walk down a pedestrian street takes you to the town hall square. I recommend it. 💯 We will return if in doubt.

Elena's apartment is super nice, just as seen in the photos. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully decorated. Also, by location it is fantastic to spend a few days in Avilés. In the pedestrian area and very close to the places of interest, but right where you can park on the street, which is very convenient. We will repeat if we are back in Avilés!
