The peaceful view from the patios made it hard to leave the property! The basement has lots of space, was a beautiful layout & High end decor & furnishings! Home has the best view of the pond of the neighborhood! Personal touches! 5 stars

Incredible place for your family stay! The kids loved the playroom. The location was easy to find and under 10 minutes from the interstate. We were there during the winter but the pool looked like it would be really fun if the weather was nice. The outside seating area was great too! Overall a very pleasant experience!

Becky and Don are wonderful hosts! We were greeted with a text and a welcome card from hosts. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure had a good start to our trip. The heat was set to a comfortable temperature, a delicious Native Provisions charcuterie box, and Jo's apple cider donuts awaited us. We were able to enjoy this beautiful farm house for our Thanksgiving celebration. We had Wisconsin and Florida family drive to this (middle) location. Our dogs loved running in the open fields and resting in the dog beds supplied by the hosts. We felt right at home with all of the kitchen amenities. Easy to accommodate a meal for 12 persons. Family in Allardt were only 6 minutes away. We had game night (cards, Farkle, scrabble, etc.) at the game tables upstairs. Spacious home that served our gathering well. Several hikes nearby. We enjoyed our Colditz Cove hike with a waterfall just a short 10 minute drive away. We would like to rent here again in the future! Highly recommend a stay here.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Southern Comfort II. The property was open and spacious enough for a large gathering. Everyone could spread out and enjoy the amenities- hottub and game room. The entire home was neat and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds/bath were very nice and far enough away to enjoy some quiet. The view was outstanding! Simply beautiful! The small town was quite sleepy, but we didn't decide on this location for such activities as we simply planned to be with each other. We highly recommend John and Southern Comfort II for a large gathering.

To start off thanks to the host for opening up their beautiful home. This home had so many nice features and great comfort we wish we could live there 😂. Upon entering the home she had provided many helpful things such as toiletries and beverages. The fireplaces and hot tub are perfect especially for going during the winter time. Another nice touch is where the house is located. There’s a lot of fun things to do within 30 mins. With much more great things than this to say about this home I would like to conclude with giving this home a 10000/10.

Britney, Mike and Jenny were very responsive to issues we had with water, heat and hot tub. Everything was corrected very quickly. The house was perfect for our family and the house was decorated with a beautiful 12’ Christmas tree. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large Christmas dinner for 26 people Christmas Eve. Thank you Britney for making our Christmas very enjoyable! Great memories were made.

Bills place was beautiful! One of the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. Bill was a very kind and warm host to have. The cottage was a very nice little place that is located near plenty of things to do. Came with many amenities just like the description says. The kitchen was the perfect size available with any cooking tools you may need. The bathroom was just gorgeous and very warm and cozy. Thanks Bill for a great first christmas in Tennessee!
