We had a nice weekend at Sophie's. Clean and quiet accommodation, well located for visits (Menton, Monaco etc.) with bus stop at the foot of the house. Private parking space. We would recommend this listing.

The location of the place is great, very central, all the bars and restaurants right around the corner. The garden and apartments are super nice and idyllic. The breakfast is great, with homemade jams and everything you want. Hosts are very friendly and enjoyable. We were even allowed to leave our bikes in the garden which was very helpful for us. We left the car in the nearby car park. Everything very practical and well located. We definitely recommend this accommodation.

We very much enjoyed our stay with Christine and Serge. The property is lovely, the pool is a treat on hot days, and the studio is comfortable. Saint-Jeannet is a lovely town and within a short drive to other towns for additional dinner, grocery options, etc. Being able to do laundry is also a plus! We would definitely stay again. Just a few little things to enhance the stay would be to provide further check-in guidance/welcome packet with things like wi-fi password, any house rules/guidance. The studio is also sparingly equipped, so we bought things like hand soap, oil for cooking, dish soap.

Amazing place. In a great location. I would highly suggest it as a good place to stay, close to many amenities. The hosts are geat.

It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely apartment. With Mr. Fabio there was great communication and everything was as described. Convenient location a stone's throw from Ariston. I'll definitely be back.

Sophie is a responsive and available host. The apartment is of good quality, clean and functional with lots of little extras that are very useful and pleasant. Our short stay was perfect and I will be sure to recommend it to those around me.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this lovely tiny house! The location was great, and the quality of the space was perfect. The bed was especially comfortable – we had a really good rest. It’s a perfect spot for a short-term stay for couples, and we’d happily come back. Highly recommend!

We traveled two adults, a girl of 16 years and a boy of 11 years and all four had a fantastic and lovely relaxing stay in Philippe and Regine's lovely holiday apartment. Just what we came for! We especially enjoyed the apartment's large lovely terrace both for the morning coffee, lunch and dinner, where we often grilled on the nice grill. We had some lovely and quiet days by the pool, where there was always plenty of space and often we were all to ourselves. Philippe was an incredibly good and friendly host, who was proactive, always responded quickly and wrote great instructions to get to the apartment and get the key. Also worth mentioning are also the lovely restaurants at Garoupe Beach, which is within 8 minutes walking distance, and you can also easily walk down and shop in Vival, which is a 15 minute walk away. There are also very good and private parking conditions at the apartment. We'd love to come back another time☀️

Jean Paul and Anne’s guesthouse is a perfect quaint space to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Côte d’Azur. It is close to drive to all interesting towns, and very quiet. The pristine view of the place is breathtaking from morning till night. Jean Paul and Anne (and their cat) are great hosts, super warm hearted and considerate. Lots of great places to check out nearby. We look forward to coming back again!

Words cannot describe this oasis. We booked this villa for our honeymoon and it was such a relaxing, peaceful, beautiful place to spend the week. The photos do not do it justice. You’re in for a treat if you book this villa. The area is great, close to all that the French riviera has to offer, many cities that are driveable to visit. Antibes, Nice, Monaco… and of course Saint Paul de Vence right in the backyard. Ivan and Stephan are such amazing hosts. So kind, sweet and thoughtful. Book this place. You will leave feeling at peace, relaxed, and sad to leave! But happy to have experienced it.
