Vacation rentals with beach access in Riviera di Ponente

We thought the place was very comfortable and clean looked just like the pictures. But we ended up staying far away from my other family member which was our mistake . It was an hour walk away from the area she was in so it did take us 2 days to figure out the Tram system and once we did that it was much better for us. The only complaint that I had was the front door key was very difficult for us. We had some issues getting in each time. Maybe there was a trick to it, but we had trouble figuring that out. The hosts were great and I would highly recommend the apartment.

Christelle was from the reservation until check-out, always accurate and available. really nice apartment, clean and with every comfort, comfortable reserved parking space. Kitchen complete with everything. Comfortable and functional shower. ingenious and functional double bed to optimize spaces. breathtaking views and convenience of having the promenade and beach with showers under the house. huge shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Didier’s place was perfect for 4 people! The space was very clean, he was prompt and helpful with check-in, and the location was great. Easy to walk to the beach, train, and surrounding restaurants. We look forward to coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Francis' apartment. He provided very detailed info on how to gain entry and how to contact his agent on site, David. David greeted us and saw us into the apartment which we really appreciated. The apartment is in a very convenient location....near the sea, near lots of restaurants and shops and easy walking distance to the train, the tram and the Old Town. The apartment is spacious and we found it very comfortable for our 5 day stay. It is well outfitted, clean and well maintained. We hope to stay there again.

Loved this apartment ! Stayed in Nice&villefranche before, however this location perfect for Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu. Walkable and buses outside. The view from the balcony is unreal and will make up for anything you may thing missing from the apartment, although we didnt. Apartment was just perfect. Only negative with bed at front, means road noise, but a good pair of ear plugs sort that. Very comfortable sleeping. Thank you Aymen 😊

We rented this cottage to visit our family, initially because it was well located, and we could park the car in the walled garden. We will come back for the cleanliness of the place, for the surrounding calm despite the walking proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed, the cottage was very convenient, well equipped, and remodeled with great taste!

everything was perfect, a pleasant place, clean, cozy. Comfortable and well-kept rooms, spacious closets. Nice view of the windows of the living room on the garden. For cat lovers, a very nice Siamese often comes to visit. too bad the heater didn't work, we would have liked to use it to remove some dampness in the rooms. We opted for a split that we used to spread hot air, to heat the rooms we slept with the doors of the rooms open. Small inconvenience on a really very pleasant and cozy living solution, quiet and with a nice view of the sea.

I can’t possibly describe how unbelievable this place is. It’s not big but it’s cosy and big enough for a family of 4 but of course the views and sounds of the waves crashing below are magical. Cristina was a great host - super communicative, responsive and kind. The whole complex was empty as we visited in an off season but I’m sure it gets busy in the summer. Have a small car because parking is tight!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Beautiful location right on the promenade. Across the street from beach. Easy walk to Old City, used Uber to get to some museums and bikes to get out of city. Space is bright and airy. Back bedroom is quiet and great for sleeping.

Apartment in the center, very comfortable at Pigna, Ariston and the port, overlooking a lively street full of shops. Impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms and a bathroom with a window. Super location for the Festival!

Very clean and quiet apartment in a good location. I felt right at home, which is rather rare. Everything important is easily accessible on foot.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

The place is well located, in front is a large green area, which was important to us as we are traveling with a dog. There are several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The place was clean and quiet as windows went to the courtyard. With the windows closed, you hardly heard the street. The bathroom was very nice and also the kitchen very well equipped. Lorenzo was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to messages.

Wonderful small apartment greatly located in the top floor of an old building (with elevator) with the best possible view (in real actually even better than on the pictures). I stayed for 4 weeks to work here in home office and it was truly amazing waking up to that view every morning, having all necessary shops located only a few steps away and being able to go for a swim by just crossing the street. I definitely recommend it and would choose it again when in Nice.

great flat in a pieceful location in a distance from town centre noise. Flat has everything for 4 people and pool was amazing last week of October.
