We had a great stay at Rod’s place. The location was excellent for venturing into the city. We loved the outlook and viewing the birds on the lake. The pool was great to cool off in. It’s a great size for a small family and had extras like pool toys, tennis racquets and a few games. Many thanks for a great stay.

We had a great stay! The location is amazing, a very short distance to the city centre, which made everything super convenient. Having a secure parking space was such a bonus! The host was super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great location. Easy to get to public transport and walk to King’s Park. The apartment was spacious, lovely and cool.

This airbnb was an excellent surprise. In the middle of such a busy part of the city, and with Fringe World right next door, the apartment was completely quiet. Getting there and inside was super easy, and getting around with the free cat bus around the corner was great. The apartment has everything you need, it is so well set up and sparkly clean. I will definitely try and book again!

The house is beautiful, spacious very comfortable and has absolutely everything you need for your stay, a real home from home experience. Plenty of nice little additions like Soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, condiments, kitchen paper, ice in freezer and cold water in the fridge door. Everything was spotlessly clean. The facilities near by are fantastically close, a very short walk down the road with everything you could possible need. We cannot praise Jade's Hairdressers enough Jade and her staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. We cannot praise the house and location more it was all simply wonderful. We have family and friends in Australia and would defiantly choose to stay here again

This property made my family feel right at home. It's walking distance to an oval with a play ground, shops and food (including halal options) and the driveway was huge and able to accommodate both of our cars and a 5m trailer with room to spare. Qing was a great host, and was always responsive for any questions we had. we enjoyed our time at this property very much!

Nangs place was awesome, had everything I needed so I can chill on my week off. Even the small things like having some laundry powder and toilet paper so I didn’t have to go buy some just for a few days stay really helped make settling in easier. Loved the blackout shutters 👍 She let me check in early which was a lifesaver since I just flew in from work and was exhausted. Honestly was a perfect stay and can’t recommend enough, thanks.

Hello, It was a very nice and spacious house. We enjoyed our time very much also being so close to the beach and nice neighborhood. Breakfast cafe just around the corner. The marina for shopping and everything was great also for sundowners. Thank you

We had a fabulous stay at Jo’s place and it was perfect to celebrate Christmas away from home. We were exceptionally comfortable and enjoyed the view looking over the park. 7 minutes to the beach, pleasant outside dining/bbq area and shops not too far away made our summer stay wonderful.

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Well equip kitchen, aircon, firm but comfy bed, king size is a bonus. Great yard for the dog and my daughter loved the trampoline! We would happily stay again!

Her home is beautiful and is in a perfect location in perth with a short walk to an IGA and lots of great little coffee shops Check in was super easy and the place is as described - clean with everything you need. Another thoroughly enjoyable stay at Lyric's Pad which has got to be our favourite Airbnb worldwide. Not just for the outstanding quality of the accommodation, including all the amenities, but also for the unfailing kindness of Michiel, Luka and their family. We're already planning our next visit and hope to be lucky enough to book the Pad again!

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

The hosts and the apartment were excellent! Very clean with lots of amenities. The only issue is you are across from a Beach Club which got a bit noisy on a Sunday night. We loved our stay though, Rosemary was a dream!

Stayed for a week and have nothing bad at all to say about the apartment or Jen. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything you could possibly need. It was very well equipped, particularly if you wanted to self cater. The location was great for accessing Fremantle with pretty much everything within easy walking distance. Jen was really responsive and gave clear instructions for check in and out. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if I was visiting Freo.

A wonderful stay. Easy walk to the esplanade, great restaurants, and the ferry to Rottnest Island. Very quiet location. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, along with laundry facilities and a very comfy bed. I’d definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at this cosy apartment in Bassendean, a peaceful suburb with great access to Swan Valley, Perth CBD, and the airport — perfect for our itinerary. It was a short drive to Swan Valley, where we enjoyed visiting wineries and had a delightful dinner at Pasta in the Valley before our flight home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials. The thoughtful touch of curry masala in the kitchen was much appreciated, making it feel like home for us as we cooked some meals. The hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. The apartment’s location is also ideal for convenience, with a Coles nearby in Bassendean and easy access to major roads. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough for Perth’s hot summer days, which could be improved for comfort during peak summer months. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a quaint, quiet suburb, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Perth!
