We loved staying here. The location is perfect as it's right in the heart of Launceston and only a few minutes walk to all the great cafes and restaurants. The house is stunning and stylishly decorated. I would definitely recommend this house for a large group.

This was an older style place which was very tidy and clean. It is located very centrally to the shopping area and good value for the price paid.

We had a great time at Ann’s place. It was peaceful, quiet and up in the hills with a beautiful view. As we had a few families from overseas with us, it was a perfect setting for us and our kids, to stay with plenty of room. Ann was very responsive and gave us great tips and tricks to the property. We were already familiar with the area, so it was an ideal location to what we wanted to do, with all the amenities that we needed within 10 minutes of us. We would recommend any large families or groups to this place and would love to stay there again in the future. Ann was a great host and easy and a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful old house in a lovely area of Launceston. Accomodation was as described and pictured, and was perfect for our stay. Great communication, easy to find and was in a very attractive street. Loved the beds! Would recommend to anyone visiting Launceston!

We loved this apartment - it’s right in the centre, so naturally we heard a few noises from the close surrounds. The Kitchen was well appointed and the beds and bedrooms were super comfy. We also loved having the car safe in the garage.

We had the most amazing stay in the Green Room. The apartment looked just like the photos and the vibe was great. The bed was super comfy as was the couch, and all the amenities were easy to use. So many of the city sites are within walking distance or a short Uber or Cab drive. We couldn’t recommend the Green Room highly enough.

We had a lovely time at Rae’s place. It’s in a beautiful location and had everything we needed. Rae’s instructions were easy to follow and told us everything we needed to know. Will definitely be back next time we come down for the footy!

Excellent base to explore Launceston! This place has everything you could need. It’s in a beautiful location with stunning views. Jane was super accommodating for our request for early check in and freely offered a later check out. The place was impeccably clean, cozy and had some sweet treats for us to enjoy. I would definitely go back and highly recommend for others. Walking distance to town but a steep climb on return. We took a quick uber up the hill. Cataract Gorge is nearby and a must visit for beautiful scenery and wildlife. Stay here!

We just loved the layout and feeling of the place. Plenty of room for us. Fantastic kitchen. Everything was in pristine condition.
