Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in River Oaks

I have absolutely NOTHING negative to say about this stay, and I’m a host myself so I’m picky! The place was spotless, the beds were more comfortable than my bed at home, we had a 5 day stay and everything was stocked sufficiently. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, we had two vehicles parked at the street all week with zero issues. We will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend, especially for a longer stay. All the comforts of home.

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect, close to town and nearby stores , making it convenient to explore the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Trophy Club.

Had a great stay! Cool, urban loft space, full size bedroom and kitchen. Stocked with all the necessities you'd need. Just a few blocks from the convention center and the rate was similar to what I would have paid for a hotel room. Plus with full kitchen could cook some of my own food. But tons of restaurants and stuff to do around the neighborhood too. Area was clean and safe and lots of people around. Wish I'd had more time to do some of the tourist stuff like the Stockyards. Next time! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great place! Would stay again

Overall the apartment was super clean and a perfect size for a couples getaway for a weekend. It is super close to the stockyards and downtown Fort Worth. Dwellings by Bryant was also very responsive and super nice. I couldn’t recommend this place more if you want to get your moneys worth out of an air b&b!

This place was great—exactly what I needed! Reading previous reviews, I was worried I would feel unsafe in a more “industrial” zone, but I would say it’s in an area that feels sketchy but actually isn’t. It’s a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and I felt free to go on walks in the evenings. Gerhard was a wonderful host—so accommodating, gracious, and responsive. He even dropped off a package for me when it went to the mailbox instead of the front door. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was comfortable for our entire family. The kitchen was stocked better than any other place we’ve stayed! The BBQ was spotless and worked great. We will definitely stay here again.

We got this place as a small getaway and to be close to AT&T stadium for the Monday night game. We had family come to DFW from out of town and stayed here as well and we were happy and not disappointed with this cozy and lovely Airbnb. We will definitely stay at Arnold’s again in the future and would highly recommend this place.

Great Stay. Everything was as described and clean upon arrival. Spring was very responsive although we didn’t need to reach out for anything. Clear instructions. Very comfortable place. Perfect access to major freeways of going into Arlington, Dallas or Ft. Worth. Would definitely stay here again.

This location is amazing!! So close to everything and very safe! So many things within walking distance (the coolest grocery store we’ve ever been in), downtown is maybe 5 minutes away, Magnolia Street is very close, etc.. can not speak highly enough of the location! The backyard is private and enjoyable, beds are comfortable, couch actually fits more than one person.. Lucas is extremely friendly and helpful and a great host. You will absolutely enjoy your stay here.

Nice place to stay. Has attached garage to park in which was nice for the cooler weather we had. Area seemed safe and was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay there. As we stayed busy during our time in TX this was a great touch and go place for us to primarily just sleep at! Would recommend. Very clean and orderly.

Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Clean and cozy - close enough to all major Fort Worth attractions but still out of the city for it to be a bit more calm!

Arrest is the best host ever!!! He was very prompt in responding and very informative. His place is located in the cultural district the only place to be baby!!!!!!

Kane and Melanie were wonderful hosts and we highly recommend their place to anyone looking for a place in the DFW/Eulees area. We felt right-at-home the minute we walked in and it was the perfect location for us as we were visiting family in the area. The fireplace came in handy as we had some very chilly evenings. We will definitely consider this location when visiting this area again. Thank you so much for your fabulous hospitality.
