Amanda’s was an exceptional place to stay. We had a couple small issues that were addressed promptly. The home has plenty of space, and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes. The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We would stay here again, wish we could have stayed longer!

We really enjoyed Amy's place. We worked throughout the day and visited with family in the evenings. The place was perfect for our work needs. We really enjoyed the outside seating options. The rain shower head is amazing. The nature outside helped make it a peaceful place to stay.

CJ has decorated this place to make you feel right at home. Very comfy place and conveniently placed walking distance to the stadium and Texas Live. This place is equipped with everything you need!

This home was perfect for a quick family vacation. I visited with my sister, her 6 month old, 4 year old, our father, and my 80+ year old grandparents. The home was very accessible for them while also being kitted for the babies. We enjoyed the baby chairs, my niece loved the jungle gym in the backyard, my sister and I utilized the full kitchen to make breakfast, my dad loved the fire pit and my grandparents were impressed with how the shared spaces were meant for us to commune together while also having spaces to be apart, if needed. Initial access was very easy and even the neighbors were friendly. There was a minor concern about a toilet hose that my dad was able to resolve within 5 minutes, but not before our host reached out with a resolution and very kind conversation. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed Denise's hospitality and quick responses to all our needs. There was ample thought to all the amenities in the house - there's clear instructions, more than enough towels, 3 coffee machines, toaster, ice maker, laundry detergent and everything else that you may need. This is definitely one of the best and cleanest Airbnb experiences we had in DFW. When we ran out of kitchen paper towels, she immediately responded and got it delivered to the doorstep within a few hours. We were very impressed by the quick response! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Highly recommended. The location is great too, just a few minutes to the freeway, restaurants and supermarkets within 10 mins, and the neighborhood is also safe to walk around in the mornings with ducks in the nearby mini lake.

Amanda’s was the perfect place for our stay in North Richland Hills. We couldn’t say enough about her beautiful home and the amenities that were provided. Every room was inviting and comfortable. The home was spacious and provided enough privacy amongst the ladies that stayed. Would definitely recommend Amanda’s as the perfect stay!

Beautiful home! Lots of room and space. We came as a group and had 3 little kids and two babies and they had so much fun with the game room and the play area outside! Definitely will be coming back to stay again!

We had such a perfect weekend at the Tipsy Toad Retreat! We loved meeting all the animals (donkeys, horses, goats, guinea foul, chickens, frogs at night, and a blue heron or two as they came and went). The pool/spa and firepit areas were absolutely perfect for quality time with the family, and the retreat is small enough to meet other families but not be overcrowded. There were lots of activities we never got to on the pond or by the rooms, but you'd be hard pressed to get bored at this peaceful oasis. Kathy was a marvelous host, and we definitely hope to return for weekend getaways in the future. Highly recommend!
