We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the French Gypsy Caravan. It was surprisingly spacious and provided everything we needed and more!. There were lots of lovely additional touches, the beds were very comfortable and Paul was always super responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and would definitely return for another stay!

We had a very comfortable stay at Joe's hut. The kitchen area was well equipped, breakfast provisions very generous and set us up for all the great walks accessible right out the back gate! As it states in the listing, you can hear the road noise outside the hut but inside it was well shut out and didn't disturb us. We would recommend and return :)

Sue's place was lovely, cozy and in a great location. The place was gorgeous and everything was clean. The fire was toasty and already lit when we arrived which was very welcoming. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay with everything we needed, and we look forward to returning!

Such a beautiful place with gorgeous surroundings……. Couldn’t have been more peaceful only thing to hear was the birds in the trees. Very clean, beautiful cottage……. Little touches like home made bread and jam on arrival hosts were very polite and informative full of recommendations, would definitely recommend we will most certainly be returning ☺️

Very comfortable and welcoming. Parking easy at local car park. Library lovely as was lady in the shop . Fish and Chips very close by and very tasty. Shame about the Chinese takeaway. Cath very friendly and helpful.

Lovely little place to stay exactly as listed and would love to stay here again if in the area. Joanne was very helpful and friendly from start to finish.

Phillida's cabin was spotless, warm and comfortable. It is well designed for a small space with a very comfortable bed and good bathroom. We enjoyed having coffee pods and milk, as this made a difference in such a remote place.

Wayne’s place is perfect for unwinding and recharging in a warm, comfortable and relaxing space, surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Loved sitting out on the deck watching the sun go down and stargazing. Already looking forward to going back!

We had an amazing stay at Sonia and Steve’s beautiful barn. Set in a peaceful location, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The barn was spotless, and we were welcomed with lovely touches like fresh bread, butter, milk, and marmalade, along with coffee and tea. Sonia and Steve were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We visited with our dogs and loved that we could go on stunning walks right from the barn, no need to drive anywhere. Evenings were spent playing games while listening to the fire crackling in the wood-burning stove, which made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We also took a trip to Smarden and stopped by the local shop, where we found everything we needed, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway.

Amazing stay, stunning apartment and views and location are all an added bonus. Evan and Charlie are extremely helpful and very prompt in responses. They have created a wonderful place here!

This is a fabulous place to stay in Brighton. As is evident from the pictures, the place is unique and you feel the energy invested in its creation. The back courtyard is lovely and I frequently opened the doors while lying in bed. This was especially nice to do during gentle rain, as it felt like super luxurious camping. The outside shower, which I used every day added to that sense. Lots of hot water, and decent water pressure made that great, despite the colder weather when I was there. And the sauna is a great addition. Easy to operate and you could easily have your own spa back there. The instant connection to the speakers with Bluetooth was also a nice touch. Seven Dials has THREE bakeries and all the rest of Brighton is a short walk away. If you can stay here, I recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay. Elise was very welcoming and gave really clear guidance on how to access the property and was there to support if help was needed at all. Everything was very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend staying and plan to do so again.

It was exactly as we expected. So peaceful and relaxing with Lovely surroundings and amazing wildlife. All you could hear were the birds chirping and the occasional woodpecker hammering away. Clare was really quick to respond to any question or query we had and we couldn’t fault her. We didn’t walk anywhere but we did get a taxi and the local firm turned up in 10 minutes. But we would recommend not leaving it last minute to book if you’re in a rush. We had a lovely afternoon wine tasting at the local Bolney wine estate and we also visited the cider tap which again we could not fault. Especially the Amazing pizza. We will definitely be staying again and can’t wait to get back chilling in the hot tub. Zee & Emily

A beautiful break away! This is the perfect place for a quiet escape. The hut is spacious with everything you need for a few days away provided. Upon arrival it was clean and beautifully presented with a few treats that are the perfect start to your stay. The swimming pond is a must for those who love a chilly dip, and is an amazing spot for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the sunshine. The bbq and fire pit were great and allowed for a cozy evening together. Caz and Chris are so friendly and helpful providing great local recommendations, and a relaxed style of hosting. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The place was absolutely perfect, myself and my partner found the property stunning we couldn’t have asked for more. The outdoor space was huge for our four legged friend. All together I would highly recommend to anyone.

We had the best weekend! It’s within easy walking distance from the main high street and beach. Nick was really accommodating , letting us leave our bags the day of check out and super proactive like heating the cabin prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here at Michelle’s beautiful home. It was cosy, clean and exactly what we were looking for whilst needing a relaxing break! Michelle’s communication and kindness was outstanding, we look forward to coming back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely little shepherds hut in a picturesque garden. Host was friendly and gave us everything needed. a perfect getaway for a night to just unwind and explore the surroundings.

My partner and I book this place last minuet for us and our two young girls. We’ve been to places like this before else where and we were really impressed and happy with how child friendly this place is. From a kiddie toilet seat cover for the compost loo’s to all sorts of ball games provided - as well as a small kiddie kitchen our girls absolutely loved playing with. We only stayed for an evening as it was a stop over but wished we could’ve booked for another night! Both beds were comfortable and the hut was very clean - Tilly has thought of everything even to the point of having children’s books. All cutlery and essentials were there too. If you’re a parent thinking about booking with your kids I really really recommend it. Absolutely stunning views, games to play & such a homely feeling in the hut. We will absolutely be booking again near the summer time for a longer period of time.
