Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

Jane is a great host and her cat Esme steals the show! I felt very comfortable in that little roses room. And her attic room?! Incredible! What a place to be! I highly recommend booking that for yourself when in doubt :) Very quiet but central location. Loved it!

Anamaria and her family were lovely and welcoming. The house is cozy and inviting in a quiet pocket of London. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay! Harriet was very nice and thoughtful, and we had some lovely chats during my visit. Although I know the area v well, location was excellent, and the adorable Topper added a lot of warmth to the home. The room was comfortable and cosy ensuring a smooth, relaxing stay.

Our second fabulous stay in this extraordinary B&B in the countryside. Very tastefully decorated in a rustic eclectic style. L&R are the most welcoming and warmhearted hosts. An exceptional experience.

Cannot recommend enough - had a fantastic stay, Vivienne was so helpful and responsive, often checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, had a fantastic stay and was well looked after. Beautiful surroundings, even in cold wet Feb. Plenty of wildlife, chickens, ducks and guinea fowl to admire out the window!

There is an 80% percentage of Korean guests that are tricky to choose a place to stay? You can book with confidence. It takes about 30 minutes to get to Soho, a representative tourist area, but it is safe and quiet as a local residential area. If you walk around all day and come back to the accommodation and play with a warm cup of tea and two dogs (Benzo & Hudson), the healing itself.. Deborah, the host, is like an aunt. Lovely and take care of you. Be sure to go to the next neighborhood, Hampstead and Hampstead heath. I was better than other parks in London. I will book again the next time I come to London!

We felt very welcomed by Jane & John, they were chatty & friendly and the breakfast was 5*. Jane found me some gluten free bread and cooked a delicious brekkie for us. We chatted to John about a local walk & he got his map to check our route. Lovely people, highly recommend.

Perfect location for a short break in Brighton. Clean, quiet and away from the busy areas. 10 minutes in an Uber to the town centre and bus stop nearby if you prefer. Comfortable and everything we needed - we spent most of our time in town and/or with friends locally. Paula was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Poppy is lovely too!

We have stayed with Elaine and Teg on a number of occasions and will definitely stay again. They are superb hosts, very responsive and willing to tolerate our change of dates at short notice. Everything is clean and comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee etc. available in the room. The great breakfast is a bonus.

I would absolutely love to stay here again. Lovely couple and a really lovely place to stay. It was a perfect location to stay after a wedding in Ticehurst. The room was absolutely spotless! Lovely comfy beds to sleep in and fresh linen. It was exactly what we needed. The breakfast was best Ive had in a long long time and lots of choice! 10/10 Worth every penny. Having stayed in various AirBNB in the area, this is my favourite and will always book my monthly trips if available. Great hosts, beautiful house, extremely clean and comfortable. Short walk from the tube station, and easy to find. Can’t recommend Gav and Lyn, or their home, highly enough.

The room was spacious and comfortable, just like description, bright and airy thanks to large bay window, especially made homely with lots of plants and cushions, the bed was luxurious, the TV screen gigantic and as a bonus, there was a large container of filtered water. The shared spaces were clean and tidy. And the host friendly and helpful! thanks Dan for providing great accommodation 😊

My plans unexpectedly changed at the last minute so I only stayed a few hours at this airbnb before going to stay with a family member nearby instead. But from what I could see it was very nice accommodation with everything as described. I didn't meet Tamila as she was out but she communicated really well and was flexible with timings.

Had a great stay and couldn’t fault it - easy to find, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, had everything I needed (washing machine was a plus as I stayed 11 days) and appreciated the private entrance. A park to walk the dog plus a convenient parade of shops and food outlets just 3-4 mins walk away (train station about 12 mins walk, then 20 mins to Brighton). Enjoyed a couple of brisk walks on the beach. Notably responsive and friendly hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here.

Really friendly hosts, a lovely clean and cosy room. Small space but perfect for 2 on a short stay. Lovely patio window, we could sit in bed and watch the blackbirds and wrens popping about the patio garden. Everything you could need…coffee, tea, biscuits and a continental breakfast. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A lovely, characterful home and an ideal base from which to explore Hartfield and Winnie-the-Pooh country. The bedroom was large and clean, with a huge and very comfortable bed. Val was a friendly and welcoming host. We would thoroughly recommend this place and we would be very happy to stay there again.

As we drove through the double wooden gates, we were in awe by the grandeur of this delightful thatched home with its welcoming Xmas decorations outside and carefully selected decor in every nook. A delicious spread of food awaited us each morning, and we were privy to Chris’s famous orange marmalade. What surprised me was the attention to detail including olives/feta knowing my heritage. A true festive treat was having Xmas crackers on our last morning. Michele’s attention to detail was impeccable. She is such a gem. 💎 However all that aside, what will make our stay forever memorable was our lovely hosts Michele and Chris. We truly loved our conversations each morning. They both created such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. We came in as guests but we have left as friends. We truly hope we come back again. If Airbnb gave awards to the best hosts, Michele and Chris would win hands down. 🏆
