We had a fantastic four-night stay at your lovely apartment in the heart of Abersoch. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of the village with everything we needed just a short stroll away, from charming cafes to local shops and, of course, the beautiful beach. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well laid out, perfectly accommodating our family with plenty of room for everyone to relax after our daily adventures. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and responsive host, (finding us a charger and even dropping it off) making sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend your place to anyone visiting Abersoch and hope to return ourselves in the future!

we stayed for 3 nights , we were 4 adults and 5 child, what a beautiful time we spent in black beach club! the flat was amazing with everything we needed, towels, soap and bath shower all provided, Paul the host made this trip amazing, very resposonsive, always asking if everything was okay, he sent a couple of emails for information, so polite, incredible customer service, he manage to put a christmas tree for us with some chocolates, and decorarate the flat looking cozy and beautiful for christmas we loved it and kids loved it so much, amazing time, incredible sounrrondings aereas. ill defo return again to this beautiful place. pub was closed cos of thd bank holiday but hopefully next time we can spent time there beach soclose walking distance 10 min.. ill give the host and this placed. 10/10.

Amazing space, highly recommend staying here. Home from home every creature comfort you can think of. Lovely estate wonderful walks and amazing to see the pheasant shoot taking place. Will definitely stay here again, in fact cant wait as its ideal for exploring so many wonderful places.

Great hospitality from Kevin who was friendly and made us feel at home. The annex was clean and cosy and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The owners of the pub next door also made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location with breath taking views of the coast, the accommodation itself was superb with everything we needed. Extremely clean throughout and spacious with a modern contemporary yet homely feel, we will be back again soon. Thanks for a great stay

We had a lovely stay over New Year. The cottage is lovely and cosy with everything we could need. The area is a lovely little town and the views from the cottage are beautiful. Lorraine and Dave are excellent hosts who kept in touch with us throughout the stay. They were even kind enough to invite us out for karaoke and to see the New Year in with them at a bar in the town!

Jennifer's beautiful farmhouse exceeded our expectations! We had the most restful, cosy and comfy stay with our daughter and dog. Plenty of space and every comfort catered for. Spotless. A welcome basket and heating all on and toasty. Really could not fault a thing...just wish we'd had longer!! Plus want to see it all in the Summer now! This is the second time we have visited Karnak. Dianne is a fabulous host and her home is stunning. I would highly recommend a visit to Karnak. The beach is only a short walk away, and we had lunch at the wonderful Sandbar, overlooking the bay. The weather was glorious. We ventured into Snowdonia one day, for white water rafting, and visited the very quirky Portmeirion the next day. A fabulous long weekend away.

I simply do not have words to describe how wonderful this property was. Everything was beyond perfect, exactly like the photos & completely spotless. We couldn't fault anything. Our only issue - is the fact we had to check out & we couldn't stay forever. Myself & 8 other guests felt right at home, peaceful & hope to come back soon. Thank you for allowing us to use your property, we couldn't have been more impressed. Our hosts were responsive and polite & check in/ out was super easy. The biggest thank you to you!

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. The location was ideal—close to local attractions but still quiet and relaxing. The thoughtful touches, like fresh coffee, extra blankets, and local recommendations, made it feel like a home away from home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire process was stress-free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. Five stars all the way!

A last-minute opportunity to get away for a couple days. lead us to visit and stay at this property. We were not disappointed; directions were clear, and we were greeted on arrival. The cottage was warm, clean and well laid out with quality fixtures and furniture. Steve and his partner Gu advised on local places to eat, and we had a great time exploring the surrounding area. I would highly recommend this place to visit and stay and special mention must go to the warm and welcoming nature of the hosts.
