Monthly Rentals in Rio Grande, Middle Township

This place was great! Right across the street from the beach and walkable to shopping and lots of restaurants. Heat worked well and the place was as described. Host was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for 2 nights for the wrestling tournament. Beds were comfy and showers were hot! Easy to get to with off street parking and lots of things in walking distance. Frank was a great host and responded quickly.

We had a lovely stay at Daniel's cottage, which was clean, cozy, and just as described/shown in the listing. We had a great time biking around the neighborhoods and loved being able to walk to the bay beach in the mornings and evenings, and bbq on the back porch. Easy access to downtown cape may and ocean-side beaches, but we appreciated the more mellow vibe of Villas for our home base. Would stay again for sure!

This place was great - super clean and kid friendly. Fully stocked kitchen and we could see the beach from the windows. Diane was super communicative the entire time which was great.
