Monthly Rentals in Rio Grande da Serra

It was a super quiet weekend, the place is easy to access even by public transportation. We were in more than 20 people, the farm itself is compact but all the spaces are structured to accommodate more everyone. The housekeeper is very attentive and proactive to assist with questions or any problems during the stay, the hostess, even though she is not present, was also willing to assist in what was possible. There are nearby markets and botecos that can save you if you lack any kitchen, food or barbecue items. We suggest only bringing plug adapters and kitchen utensils for personal/disposable use if you go to many people. The weekend was amazing and extremely quiet, the pool is great even for water play, there is a good place to sunbathe and the ballroom is perfect for barbecue or cook close to other people. We want to be back for sure!

The villa is much more beautiful than in the pictures. huge place with a lot of green. Perfect for resting with the family. Emerson and his mother, Dona Neuza (A sweet lady) were excellent hosts, always responding immediately and leaving nothing missing. Anyway, I have nothing to complain about. Just thank you for the stay and we will definitely be back.

The property exactly matches what was listed. Clean and well set up site. Location very convenient for those who come to Ribeirão Pires. Ludmila is super quick to answer messages and is always very friendly and ready to answer any questions. Super recommend staying with Ludmila.

The house is wonderful: complete and very cozy structure. Easy to get to Ribeirão Pires de Uber station. The swimming pool and the slide are the highlight for sure. We'll definitely go back.
