Monthly Rentals in Richland

Great place to stay, with easy access to everything in the Tri Cities. The noise from the main home was certainly louder than expected with kiddos running and jumping, but earplugs are provided which is nice.

We stayed at Paula's place and it we had such a nice time there. It was very spacious and private. It had plenty of room for my two kids to play with their toys and sometimes chase each other around. She even put some toys out for the kids which they enjoyed playing with. Quiet, nice neighborhood and comfy beds. This was a 10/10 stay for sure and we look forward to being back.

This place was great. I had a family member stay here to visit me. The apartment was clean and had all the necessities to feel like you’re at home. This was a great deal since hotels in the area would have been double what I paid here. Parking can be a little bit harder when everyone has come home from work. Although, I was always able to find a nook to park in to drop off my family member. This is a great quiet and clean place to stay! The host was incredibly responsive when I had random questions throughout the days before and during our stay. Check out instructions were clear and simple. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay for a great price.

Clean compact space in a convenient location for us. Quiet for a basement space.
