Shepherds hut vacation rentals in Rhine River

Christophe is a very attentive and welcoming host. He built all the cabins with his own hands and they are all very beautiful and unique. The setting is beautiful. We had a great weekend.

Super pretty shepherd's cabins, clean and tidy, right by the bright goats and with beautiful surroundings. We immediately felt relaxed and easy on vacation. Sandra herself was not there, but her holiday representation welcomed us in a very friendly way and was there for all our questions. Our highlight was definitely to help with milking the goats.

What a setting! If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet place to recharge, you have knock on the right door! The accommodation is located in a beautiful private park, very well maintained where you are one with nature. You have access to a beautiful pool and pond where you can pedal boat for free! Another family was on the site, but the park is so large that it's easy to find a quiet little spot for a picnic or a nap in the shade of the trees. Finally the Lac du Malsaucy is only 5 minutes by car!

Staying in this wooden chalet was a nice experience. The cabin is warm enough and the bed is nice and cosy (do remember to bring your own bed linen and towels!). The kitchen and supplies are basic but perfect to kook a simple meal (we made wraps). The best part is that you can make fun day trips from this place to all the different chateau’s nearby. The cabin was easy to find, but as Martine said “don’t hold still at the end” as you do have to drive quite a steep bit to get to the cabin. Thank you for having us! We had a great time and a calm space to get home to after a day out.

My little girls 2 and 4 years old enjoyed the great cabin bed, as well as the games and the heated pool. In the evening we did chamalow on the barbecue, we had a good night on a comfortable bedding. Nigloland 10 minutes away

A slightly different experience that you have to experience. Waking up in the morning in the middle of nature. Surrounded by tranquility. The shepherd's wagon (not very large) serves its purpose for one night.

The stay at André's was perfect! The trailer was beautiful and located right in the middle of nature, everything it needed to spend a while away from the city. André was very responsive and gave us good advice about activities in the surroundings. You can go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed!

What a beautiful oasis in the greenery! A bird walhalla and the hiker's cabin is hardly a cabin, so luxurious! We'd love to come back a little longer soon!

Very nice cabin, in a very nice space near a lake. We came in winter and the place was comfortable. Close to ski hills.

It is a very nice place and exactly as pictured in the photos! The hosts have always responded very scgnell to messages and questions! Very suitable for 2 persons. And the camping has a nice playground.

To begin with we were extremely late to check in due to car trouble, Rebecca was so understanding and clear instructions were left to self check in. There were fresh vegetables left for us upon arrival. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and very well organised with anything we may need. The hut itself was magical. It heated up very quickly with the heater, there was a power bank and many forms or light left for us. I woke up to see horses in a distant field. The following morning Rebecca had booked us in for breakfast at a local restaurant and Albert gave us advice and guidance on our car troubles. 10/10 stay where the place was fabulous but our hosts really went above and beyond. Thank you for everything Rebecca, Albert and Sabine. We really appreciate it.

Sonja and Caludia are incredible and inspiring people. the farm is magical and tge animals are very happy, well taken care of and veery cute! looking forward to coming back soon with whole family

We felt very, very comfortable with Franziska and her husband! The two are extremely friendly people - and the circus wagon is very homey! We were there at the end of the winter and thanks to good insulation and heating we were wonderfully warm. A really special experience is showering under the glass roof in the small, also heated bathroom. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking. And we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco 😊 The property is very quiet in the pretty village of Rölefeld. And Franziska's garden is beautiful. Those looking for peace in the countryside are absolutely in the right place here. We enjoyed it very much. We will definitely come back!

Amazing location surrounded by green, forrest and nature. Perfect place to bring your dog. You have to take enough water with you, power bank isn’t necessary as there are a couple of charges power banks in the Airbnb. It has also a lot of stuffs that you could find useful e.g. cutlery, dishes, batteries, things to light a campfire… All in all an amazing experience and wonderful place.
