Castle vacation rentals in Rhine River

Great stay! Games in a mess, as we hoped. The nostalgic forties we are loved this regression week:-)

Large castle with rich historical past, very pleasant stay. A perfect base for exploring the surrounding area, including the medieval villages of Flavigny-sur-Ozerain and Semur-en-Auxois, the site of Alésia, the sources of the Seine, and many others. Everything was perfect.

Stunning. It's as simple as that.

My wife and I had our wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. It was truly an extraordinary venue. We felt steeped in its history and very lucky to be able to walk the halls of Château Autricourt. The building itself is of course centuries old, but has the comforts of modern life that one would need, whilst still feeling authentic to the buildings character. Every corner felt unique, and a delight to explore. Rooms were well furnished and themed to feel special and different from one another. The grounds of the Château were an unexpected treasure, with beautiful walks, access to a water pool which was a delight to paddle and splash around in. Patricia the host was so helpful in getting us situated into the property, and helped direct us to nearby attractions and amenities. She helped organise for us the delivery of fresh pastries every morning, finding us an amazing DJ for our wedding night reception, amongst other things. All in all, a magical place.

We felt very comfortable in the Schloss Möhren. Sandra and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful. We'll be very happy to come back.

We stayed in the castle for one night in transit. This place is truly special! You will find an authentic apartment with new bathrooms. Our children enjoyed it very much.

beautifully house very close to the Mozel.

We spent the holidays in Castel Bodeux and have had a very nice time. The house is located in a beautiful private park (where the manager also lives), overlooking the nearby hills. There is a tennis park + swimming pool (not used in winter) and nearby it is nice hiking and biking. The house itself is spacious enough for a large group (and warm!) Upon entering, there is a large connected dining room with bar on the right, on the left a sitting room, which turns into a pool room, a room with a foosball table, the sauna and finally the kitchen (which is much more spacious than the photos suggest). The bedrooms are different in size; some are large, others smaller, but the beds are fantastic and there are towels + bedding. With children, the rooms are a little noisy, but that's not strange for such a beautiful old house! One point: the cooking utensils (especially knives/cutlery) are a bit outdated. We love to cook with our group and especially missed good knives

We had a lovely stay. Bas was very welcoming and the place had everything to enjoy a relaxing and cozy weekend!

We really liked our stay . The house is great, the location very calm and beautiful. Katia was a great host. All went really well.

The apartment was unique, cozy and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and the concierge staff were wonderful. That said, the place lacked the sense that it had been prepared for guests in a personal way as it might be if you were working directly with an owner - no coffee, no bathroom amenities except for small bars of soap. Very bare and minimalist in that respect. We were given a set of instructions about keeping noise to a minimum and not doing laundry or taking showers after 10:00PM and told to remove all bedding prior to our departure. I've stayed in more than 20 Airbnbs to date and these guidelines seem atypical. We very much enjoyed the stay though and the location was central to all that we wanted to see in the area. Thank you!

We had a really good time at the Castle, kids were very excited and the property had so much to do and explore 2 nights feels less..it's very well preserved and will come back for sure

A very nice mansion, in a very nice village. Lots of space to accommodate a large family. Spaces and amenities really suited for 14 hosts. I recommend this Burgundy experience!

Heidi and Egon were the perfect hosts, very warm people. Very attentive and helpful, we felt very comfortable. The apartment and the entire complex was beautiful.

Amazing 1750 chateau in the countryside. Very spacious and with great attention to detail in its decor. I definitely recommend it!!!

Great place to stay. We enjoyed a lot. The castle by itself was worth the visit. We checked in after hours and the instruction was almost perfect. We had trouble locating the parking lot but we called them and they were able to help us. The room was clean. At first we felt that the room would be cold later but we closed out the curtains and became pretty warm. The breakfast was also great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room didn’t have any kettles or coffee machines. We understand that they probably don’t want to add something to the room which may interfere with the character of the room but a coffee machine in the public space is appreciated.

Lovely very clean room in a very well maintained Burgundian townhouse with a nice accessible garden. Sabine is very welcoming and makes a varied and hearty breakfast. Great tips and great availability. Would definitely stay again!

It was just wonderful whenentering the castle🏰,overwhelmingly the interior...there is something to discover everywhere,felt very comfortable,and will definitely come back again. The hosts are super nice and friendly,absolutely thumbs up for it.

Me and my family stayed here for Christmas and we had such a great time! The castle is very nice and inside the rooms were lovely! I stayed in the last room which has a lot of baroque decor and furniture, truly beautiful! Florian was easy to reach and quick to answer and we are very grateful for being able to stay here.

We arrived at this castle and did not believe that our apartment was in there so much the place was wonderful. Recommended for those who love tranquility and nature. Tyrol is an exceptional area for hiking in the woods both on foot and by bike. THE HOST is very kind and helpful, we had a nice vacation and slept peacefully because there is absolute silence there. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

We had a fantastic time at Ulrike and Jorgs beautiful place. I am afraid to repeat what others already wrote but its all true. The place is very nice, warm and comfortable. My brother and me were together on holiday. My brother has Down Syndrome and has huge interest for history. He enjoyed immensely to stay in the castle and the details that Jorg told us. The kindness of Jorg and Ulrike was the cherry on top. We will defenitely return! Thanks a lot, Paul and Corine
