This is much like having your own apartment in downtown Seward. The sitting room is quite large and overlooks 4th Avenue, and has a view of the bay as well. Another big plus, easy parking in not 1 but 2 locations right outside the building. So many things are within a 5 minute walk, including the Sealife Center. This was just PERFECT. Thank you so much, Ristine, for providing it and for being so thoughtful and attentive!

Historic place, reminded me of my Grandmother's home. Roomy for two, kitchen had coffee, tea etc. stove worked well, shower hot and good pressure. No blow dryer, but she brought one to me within 30 min of ask. Not great views, but location perfect. Steps away from Sea life center and Main Street. Much quieter than I expected! Parking was easy.

Loved the great location and history of this airbnb! Clean, well managed and easily walkable to all the things! Appreciate the parking in the back, which made walking around town super easy!

Host Terry was so quick and responsive to our needs! He has absolutely gorgeous flowers to look at while having your morning coffee and watching for wildlife. Strawberries right there you can pick and eat, best I've ever tasted. Secluded yet right there in Seward just a few mins to the harbor. Close to the Salmon Bake Restaurant which we ate at a couple times with good food and good beer, you could even walk to it if you wanted. House is older with lots of decor but clean and charming. Double bed is in open loft area with no door (just FYI for planning) and the queen bed is right past loft with door to room. Fire pit area a few steps away nestled in the woods that's ready to use. Thanks for a great stay!

The location is the prefect walking distance to everything Downtown Seward has to offer. Nestled next to the mount marathon this Airbnb has a cozy feel, coated in ocean mist. My stay was with my company and the Airbnb had enough room to suit our needs. The Kitchen was large an accommodating and the two living room set up made it easy to have a space for lounging and a place for work. Each of the rooms had the essentials to keep our lives organized, and was stocked with towels for us. Overall I would recommend anyone come and stay if they have a larger party and need the space.

Great location, good water pressure in the showers; beds were firm. Each suite can be rented out separately, with two rooms upstairs sharing a bathroom and each bottom floor suite with a private bath. Just keep in mind that there is no living room to congregate in if you rent the entire space, but there's an airy, open kitchen/dining area with a great view to hang out in. Many good restaurants are walking distance, a great coffee shop across the way, and the boat docks about a 20 minute walk away.

We had a great stay at Ristine's place. The place was clean and the outdoor area was beautiful. The location was ideal and a short drive away from restaurants and tourist attractions. The only downside was that the wifi did not work.

Great location- everything (restaurants, grocery, shops) is within walking distance, house is very clean, easy to find. Washer and dryer was really useful!

The house feels super big and spacious. 7 of us were super comfortable, and easy access to all things Seward!
