Very relaxing, lovely, and quiet neighborhood. The house is perfect, very clean, open space and no clutter. The backyard is very spacious, my dogs greatly enjoyed running around back there. Highly recommend place. I would gladly rent again for a few nights.

Breann was so kind and helpful the whole time! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfy! The seating options were very comfortable, and there were a ton of blankets and such for maximum comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the extra amenities such as the jacuzzi and washer and dryer also made the stay convenient and relaxing.

This is exactly what we needed. We are teachers who had just finished conferences and had a 3 day weekend. We chose to unplug and relax by reading books, walking in the woods, and playing games. Ernie and Mindy’s cabin was the perfect remedy. We walked trails which will take you through the woods and give you the opportunity to see some wildlife- we saw 4 deer and had over 30 different birds on our bird app. I even walked down to the pond another time and brought a pole and caught 7 bass and a crappie in a short time. The pond is small but has some nice fish in it. The cabin is small- but perfect for our needs. This one is farthest from the house and has a nice fire pit to use if the weather cooperates. The jacuzzi tub was a nice way to relax. I highly recommend this cabin and Ernie and Mindy are so nice and easy to communicate with.

We had stayed here a couple of years ago for our daughter's birthday. This year we were thrilled to see it was available again! the only thing we were disappointed about was the construction of the boathouse which we weren't aware of until we got there. Otherwise it was a great overnight stay and will always recommend others to stay here!

This was our 2nd stay & absolutely loved it again. Hot tub & sauna did not disappoint. Comfy beds & furniture. Hosts were helpful, hospitable & friendly. Will be back a 3rd time.

Water Place fit our needs perfectly! We were able to be together as a larger family under one roof for our family Christmas. The well stocked kitchen was a huge help, and we enjoyed the peaceful river views.
