I had a really good stay. The flat was very clean and comfortable. Sam was always really quick to respond when I messaged.

I managed to work my schedule to stay at Peter's Air B and B for 4 nights and it was bliss. Great location, so close to shops, restaurants, all amenities you might want, along with sitting on the edge of a great park to enjoy. Quiet road and very quiet air b and b. Well set up, very comfortable with everything you might need and more. Not a moment's hesitation to recommend to others :)

A perfect home away from home This was hands down the best experience I’ve had in an Airbnb annexe—and with a host in general. I’ve always been a bit hesitant about staying in annexes because I value privacy when I travel, but this little gem completely exceeded my expectations. The annexe offers the perfect balance of old-world charm with its beautiful architecture, complemented by modern, thoughtful touches throughout the house. The surroundings were stunning, and Reigate was an absolute delight—amazing cafes, restaurants, and easy access to the High Street - a 30 minutes lovely walk. Everything was spotless, from the super-clean bed sheets to the well-equipped facilities, making our 8-night stay incredibly comfortable. Jemma went above and beyond by setting up a dedicated office space for us in a small room, which was a game changer for us. Considering the exceptional quality of this stay and Jemma’s attentive service, I truly hope this place will still be available in the futu

Jan’s stay was absolutely perfect. I chose this spot because it felt private, the grounds are beautiful and it’s close to everything you want to do. We stayed for the purpose of hiking box hill and surrounding areas and it was such a cosy clean place to unwind after the hike. It’s lovely and warm, bathroom is stunning and the bed is super comfy. We met Jan who was incredibly helpful and gave us a great recommendation Polseden Lacey which we would’ve missed if it wasn’t for her recommendation! Highly recommend for a lovely getaway
