Lovely peaceful little place. Special layout. Kids loved it. Felt like being in the tree tops.

A truly incredible house, the photos do no justice so be prepared to be blown away when you arrive! If you want an outstanding view, this is the place to go. We had a stunning girls weekend and have made so many memories. We will hopefully be coming back. 10/10, Thanks Jill!

Was very nice, would stay again! Everything was very comfortable, and it's within easy walking distance of downtown and loads of bars, shops and restaurants. This place is truly the house on a hill with a spectacular view of Kapiti that changes constantly though out the day. The house is filled with light and sun a very easy modern house that suited our large family group with enough space for everyone with inside outside flow and a great kitchen which we all used to cook together in.The day trips were easy from here and the trip into wellington was perfect with the highway. The house had everything that made our trip easy and relaxed. Since being home we have all missed the magic view.

Lovely place that we throughly enjoyed staying at with our two children, very well setup and so peaceful.. just be aware the coastline here is closed, so no fishing (except by handline) or shellfish gathering immediately outside bach.. despite this we loved our stay here

Craig and Kylie were excellent hosts, and their home was a wonderful place for our family of four to enjoy for a couple weeks. The location was peaceful yet everything we needed was within walking distance (grocery, cafes, library, park, beach, shops, and more). The beds and lounge areas were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Our favorite part about the house was the giant sliding glass wall that opens up completely to the backyard!

We had an amazing stay at Kapiti Sands for a family gathering! Huge house for our large family group . So many bedrooms & indoor & outdoor areas to hang together, but also have some space. The 180-degree beach view was magical, and we loved spending time outdoors on the decks or picnics on the grassy areas. Lovely stroll down to the beach from the backyard , and short walk to the village shops & a great park for the kids. The house was so clean and had everything we needed. Jenny was an amazing host, really fast to respond and no questions was too much. Thank you for your patience while trying to organise the large group!

Excellent stay and wonderful hosts! We had wifi issues and they truly went above and beyond to fix it for us! Wonderful location with a great view! We also really enjoyed playing the games they provide! Would highly recommend staying here!

My only complaint is that we only booked one night! My goodness, the place is an absolute dream. The view is stunning, you are seconds from the beach and great food. The space is super private, and deliciously lovely and comfortable inside. It is the ultimate beach getaway! Highly recommend this place and we can't wait to come back!

What wonderful hosts Raman and Dorothy are....true hosts not the ones that just give you a key and that's it....They are what Air Bob used to be all about ------meeting people across the country.... What a pleasure to stay there. And so accommodating and kind.

We had a fantastic time at Ty's house in Paraparaumu. It felt modern despite the amazing retro fit-out. Incredibly well equipped for our family of four - clean, bright, quiet. Perfect location. Would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to all.
