It’s very well stocked for an extended stay, enjoys ample all-day sun, and offers a spectacular view from the patio. Liz is a great host and responsive with communication. Daniel was very responsive and his place was phenomenal! Would recommend staying here again, close to just about anything in the Palm Springs area. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay in this great home in the peaceful Del Webb community in Rancho Mirage. Many of our friends live in Palm Springs, just a short drive away. We didn’t miss a pool. In fact we appreciated the additional space in nicely planted back yard, as did our older dog. We met a lot of friendly folks on our dog walks. The house itself is very comfortable with new appliances. Serious cooks may want to bring a chef’s knife as all the knives were a bit dull, though there was a fairly complete array of pots and pans. The bathrooms were good but I hope the owner considers replacing the shower heads. The spray was annoyingly uneven in both bathrooms. It was for this reason only that this review would be 4.5 rather than 5 stars. We would definitely rent this home again if it were available.

The location is fantastic - Mission Hills is a beautiful locale. Also, midway between Palm Desert and Palm Springs. Very close to airport. Beautiful patio and view out in back. Also, the condo itself is just inside the entrance off Gerald Ford so we never had to drive through the vast Mission Hills resort. There were some minor maintenance issues that had to be taken care of initally but the homeowner was very responsive. Also, would recommend that the homeowner include an "instruction" notebook with helpful advice on where to find things and also on the local area. Very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful sunrises. also, very close to the jacuzzi which was well heated but pool was not. The weather was much better suited to the jacuzzi, however.
