Loretta's place was excellent. It felt much more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchenette is perfectly stocked with regular and disposable plates/bowls/utensils. There is a microwave, hotplate, many different pots & pans, as well as an electric griddle. The only issue with cooking was ventilation as the kitchen ceiling fan wasn't in use but there was a portable fan. We cracked the door and it worked out just fine. There were so many clean towels and toiletries available including tooth brushes, shower caps and makeup wipes. Such a special touch. The bed was wildy comfortable. I had never used an adjustable massage bed before and we took full advantage of the features. Note that since it is a split bed the 2 parts separate so if you're an active sleeper like me you might wake up slipping into the crack. Hehe. Driveway parking was very convenient. There is a very cute park just across the street and transit stops in very close walking distance. I would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Burrow. It is nice and quiet, with no need for window shades, and the view through the windows makes you feel deep in the mossy Portland Forest. The layout is nice and the kitchen has everything you need. This one is a gem!!

This studio apartment is nestled in a nice quiet neighborhood which is a 15 minute walk to the heart of Multnomah Village. You’ll find nice little shops, places to eat and the most wonderful park, Gabriel. There are tennis courts a dog park, several trails and is right next to the Southwest Community Center. You only pay a small fee for drop in. Across Capital Highway is Alice St and Woods Park is just at the base where you’d park but walking is just as good. There is a beautiful wooded area with marked trails. Should you want more than Multnomah has to offer Washington Square is a short distance and all the big box stores within 10 mins. Downtown is even close with freeway access or Barber Blvd. It’s the best location for all the best things Portland has to offer. The Hosts are great!

We spent Christmas at Rik and Mark's unit, and it was perfect! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. You can tell they’ve put so much thought and care into every detail, from the thoughtful touches like cocktail glasses and a martini shaker to the sweet surprise of a treat for our dog when we arrived. The unit was incredibly well-designed, with a welcome book and clear, easy-to-follow instructions that made everything seamless. Rik was fantastic—so responsive and an excellent communicator, which made our stay even smoother. The nearby trail was a wonderful bonus and was perfect for taking our dog out. We felt so at home and can’t wait to stay again when we’re visiting family in Portland!
