Had a very nice weekend with Nienke and Gelmer! Very good reception and wonderful shed to sit. Nice records to play and very cozy. Also enjoyed the company of the chickens and Eddie (puppy). The surroundings are also lovely, we were also very lucky with the weather. 2 items that were not a problem for us but good to take into account. It is a shed next to their own house, so there is no total privacy (should you wish). There is a steep staircase to the bedroom (fortunately 1 handrail).

If you're looking for a place that puts you in the middle of the Frisian landscape, with friendly hosts, peace and quiet, and a good starting place to visit Frisian towns by bike or car, this is it. It's a farm, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and cleverly laid out. Roomy, with lots of games, books, and toys to entertain the family during a rainy day. We may come back in the future.

Fantastic home where nothing is missing! Bigger than my own house:-). Wonderfully quiet and very sweet people. I was there with New Year and got a delicious oil bulb. My little dog Lily and I enjoyed it!

A beautiful, cozy retreat with a lot of love for detail! The small apartment is tastefully decorated, the bed unique and comfortable, and the small terrace invites you to linger. The rural atmosphere with many animals makes the stay charming. Particularly noteworthy is the friendliness of the hostess – you immediately feel welcome. The breakfast delivered directly to the apartment was not only delicious, but also very varied. Perfect for a relaxing break alone or as a couple – I'd love to come back!
