the place is just amazing quiet and peaceful surroundings.. kids enjoyed fishing from dock on the lake .. house was laid back and has everything u need rite there .. kavon was always checking in to make sure we were fine and didn't need anything.. it snowed well we were there added bonus for sure .. we will definitely be back next year ..best place around for sure ... if u want peace and relaxation and a place to fish and close to Tallahassee this is the place for sure ... thanks kavon again for making our stay perfect

I would definitely stay here again, even though we only stay one night I was super content. I can say out of all the air bnbs I’ve stayed in, this is the first one with snacks and cold drinks in the fridge. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

We come to this lake three or four times a year to visit family nearby. This is the first time at Whiddon’s place. The location is excellent for us to get to Quincy and downtown Tallahassee. The property is very nicely remodeled. We loved sitting at the island and the table and just watching out the window at the lake and dock. The kitchen had all the necessities as well as a good selection of spices and condiments. The hot water was plentiful and the towels very soft and thick. The extra living space in the basement gave our adult children plenty of space to spread out. I always wonder how the beds are when going to a new place and the bed on the upper floor here was med-firm while the beds in the basement were soft. I like to put this in a review in case anyone else is interested.

Great spot to spend the night. close to Gadsden CI where we do a reentry fair quarterly. Bed was comfy. The loft was cool, but for someone who has to use the bathroom at night it may be a challenge. Love the small details.
