It was a pleasure to come to this place for a little stay.It was a bit exhausting on the day of arrival, but with a warm hello from the owner, the fatigue disappeared. They gave us a warm introduction to the surrounding attractions and the traffic that made our itinerary even more colorful.Transportation is very easy here, both by car and public transport. The house is warm and you can also see the snowy mountains. We felt like a home away from home this few days we stayed here.Very willing to come back for a chance to visit them again.I wish you all the best!

Sunny room close to Airport

The check-in time was 4 PM, but due to our flight schedule, we asked if we could check in earlier at 3 PM. Dino kindly agreed. The place was clean and tidy, with a private bathroom located outside the room. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk from the airport to the house.
A spacious bed is seen, adorned with fluffy white pillows and a textured green throw blanket. A bedside lamp and small plant are positioned on a nightstand beside the bed, creating a calm and organized sleeping environment.

Heartland House lakeview

Clarice is a kind and understanding host, and her house has an incredible view of the lake! She very kindly offered me some dinner on my first night as well, and was accommodating when I accidentally brought meat into the house (it's a vegetarian house). If I'm ever in Queenstown again, I would stay here!
A spacious room features two beds, one with a floral-patterned cover and a decorative pillow. A microwave and fridge are present, along with a small table and two chairs. Natural light enters through large glass doors that lead to an outdoor area.

Quiet One Bed Apartment

RichardRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We can't praise Beryle enough for her warm welcome, amazing kindness, attention to detail and pristine but relaxed home. She generously provided lots of snacks and beverages, fruit, milk, yogurt, mueslis and warm croisssnts when required in the morning. She even did our washing beautifully and made sure our car window screens were clean for our departure. We have stayed in AirBnBs in lots of places but this one is one of a kind. The setting is quiet but not too far from the town. Everything Beryle provided more than made up for not having a corner shop nearby. The nearby golf club also serves a nice meal up until 7pm. The buffet meal you can order to eat at the top of the Skyline cable car is great too! We'd recommend trips to Arrowtown and Glenorchy ( the latter better in fine weather). Highly recommended.

This was our second stay, and once again, it did not disappoint. The apartment is spotless, beautifully kept, and the views remain truly unmatched — a real highlight. Jan is warm, responsive, and thoroughly professional, making the whole experience seamless. We returned because we had such a great time before, and we’d be more than happy to come again.

The Pines Guesthouse - new re-list

JamieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
WOW. What a beautiful stay. We’ve stayed at many Airbnbs on our journey across NZ and Stu’s was one of the best. Not only is it super unique, it has amazing views, feels private, and has everything you need. It feels luxurious and there is an eye for the details. The back patio was especially lovely. Bonus points for having Netflix that we didn’t have to sign into ourselves. It’s nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Queenstown, but still be close to a lot of the wineries. We didn’t an all-day wine tour that picked us up there no problem. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We wish we could’ve admired the view even longer!
