Te Anau places to stay

Melody and Jacob’s place is in quiet street only 2 minutes drive from the centre of Te Anau. It is immaculately presented and contains modern appliances and tasteful artistic decorations. Highly recommended.

Very well located and well equipped accommodation ideally suited to exploring Te Anau. Lots of trips available to book. We went to Milford Sound with Real NZ. Brilliant. also recommend visiting the Te Anau Bird Sanctuary. Tickets for a guided tour from DOC

Anna's place was lovely. A lovely older style house over three levels. It was so clean and nicely furnished too. Very central in town and also quiet. Great extra bed linen options too, which so many properties don't offer. Highly recommend staying at Anna's 😊

Lovely modern and extremely well appointed home in new modern subdivision of Te Anau. One can walk into town in about 20 minutes. Walkable to lake, and fantastic for morning or evening jogs around the lake (there are excellent bike and running paths). Kitchen is well equipped, everything has been considered. So nice to arrive at a property to find it spotless and little extras added in the kitchen. Its so peaceful here and the beds are of very good quality. Easy parking off the street. Bathrooms are well appointed and are of good size. Would comfortably accommodate 4-6 people as living areas are huge. We had a wonderful stay here and so easy to drive on to Milford Sound from the house. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Rachel and her family were lovely hosts to us! The apartment was very well done and very comfortable and clean. Nespresso for morning coffee provided along with milk, muesli, fruit, and yogurt which was so wonderful. Easy check in. Very short walk to town. Easy to get on the road to Milford sound. Can’t miss with this place!

We loved all the small touches and the view was great. The apartment is really well appointed with everything you might need (except laundry, but this was totally expected based on the listing). They even supplied some great free range eggs, juice, bread, cereal and spreads which fueled us for breakfast and after a hike they recommended! The guide book for the area is also super appreciated. Great stay overall.

What a beautiful and inspiring space to stay while passing through Te Anau. Jodie's house is special. Amazing views, easy to get into town, well kept and maintained grounds. Highly recommend it. I hope to come back again! Thank you Jodie for sharing such a gem.

The house was just a few minute walk to the restaurants and stores in town. The house was about a ten minute walk from the lake, We liked that 3 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The living room space was very comfortable to relax in after a long day. The kitchen was well equipped with plates and utensils.
