This property is at a beautiful location, sitting right in front of the stunning Wakatipu Lake. If you're seeking a peaceful and cozy retreat with your family, I highly recommend this wonderful getaway. On top of it , property was absolutely clean and all necessarily arrangement was in place.

This apartment was rally comfortable and had a wonderful view out across the lake to the mountains. We really appreciated the team collecting my husband’s shirt that was posted to Queenstown and leaving it in the apartment for us - very kind. The washing machine and clothes airer were indispensable for us, having just come off 6 days walking further north - seems small but made a very helpful difference to our stay being able to clean and dry our clothes so easily. Also very helpful having a designated car park. Traffic noise was not any problem as it is only evident in the bedroom and settles right down overnight. I would be delighted to stay here again when we return to beautiful Queenstown which has a great “vibe”, gorgeous walks/trail runs locally and wonderful reataurants. We had such a great stay. Probably our favourite Airbnb ever. It ticks all the boxes. It has a perfect location: outside the town but walkable to town in about 25 minutes on the lakeside Queenstown Track, and it’s on the slope below the main road into town, so you don’t see or hear the traffic. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains that you could look at for hours. It has comfortable beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with helpful labels on the cupboards and drawers so you’re not constantly trying to remember where things are. It’s easy to get in, with access by code so you don’t have to worry about keys or cards. It has convenient parking. It has good bikes that you can take out - we rode to the Kelvin Peninsula on the other side of the bay. There’s lots of room to spread out. The host’s representative replied right away when we had questions. It’s not cheap but it is so worth it.

Excellent view! Clean and Easy access to the unit from the car park. Everything works and it’s just a few steps to the walking trails.

All 4 of us were beyond blown away by this place. Fitted our needs and then some. Actually spent more time cooking and dining at home than expected because of the kitchen, bbq and incredible views of the lake. The only negative we could come up with was that we weren’t able to overstay our welcome and squat here forever. It was the consensus that we will book this apartment should we return to NZ next year.

The house is fantastic and conveniently located a five-minute walk from the city center.The room was tidy and clean with a nice view from the window.The housekeeper is responsive and can be solved for the first time for small troubles. I trust I will choose this place again next time I come to Queenstown. Highly recommend

Location was great, a short drive to the heart of Queenstown, peacefully tucked away from the main road. The walk down from the carpark requires some effort if you have mobility issues or large/heavy luggage - well worth the effort once you reach the property. This may not be a matter much longer as we were informed that a funicular was being installed to assist with luggage. The bedding was super comfy! David was very responsive, friendly and helpful. His assistance went above and beyond. Would highly recommend & wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Travelling with family of 6 plus grandparents. Was a great stay and 5-10 mins from airport and 5-10mins from town depending on traffic. The layout was good for us as we could stay upstairs while the grandparents had the self contained unit downstairs. The main living room was great and had a big window that captured the views amazingly. The outside had a nice little outside space with table and chairs and great on the couple of sunny days. The hottub was good on our ski days and overlooked the water which was nice. The property was clean and functional and had the basics. The bedrooms were on the smaller side but was fine for that style and time of building. One thing to keep in mind is that the driveway is a little harder to get down coming from the south if you have a long wheel base. This is due to the orientation of the hairpin corner. It sometimes hard to get out from during busy times if heading south as you cannot clearly see around the corner and can be dangerous.

Nicola’s place was a beautiful space. We had a big group from all corners of the world for a destination wedding. It was a great space with a magnificent view. Convenient for a cheeky dip to wake up just 20s walk down a pathway Beautiful 1 hour walk along the Queenstown track through the gardens into town. 10/10 experience and can’t rave enough about this place

we had an excellent stay at the Bay House. everything is as pictured— beautiful furnishings, spacious, super clean, uncluttered. the location also cannot be beat with the lake just across the road and an easy walk into town. there was plenty of room for the three of us, the kitchen was well equipped and the washer/dryer came in handy after going on rainy/muddy hikes. it was rainy a few days during our visit to Queenstown but we did not mind spending time indoors at this home playing board games and reading. highly highly recommend!

Jef is a top notch host. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location overlooking the lake is ideal. You won’t a better host or property to stay at!! Highly recommend.

Jimmy was a very thoughtful and responsive host . The house was very comfortable with stunning views. The setting opposite the lake is beautiful, and a great base for exploring other areas of interest around Queenstown. We’d highly recommend Jimmy’s place.

Highly recommended!!! Moon’s place has the BEST VIEWS you can ever ask for. The unit is spacious, comfortable, and easily our favourite Airbnb out of the ten places we stayed at in NZ this trip. Moon is also a fantastic and generous host, always available to help & respond. I would love to stay here again one day! Parking takes some practice, but i’m proud of have conquered the process after three nights!

Exactly what we needed for short stay in Queenstown. Great location walking to everything. Host is amazing and extremely responsive! Couldn’t have been better.

Nice bathroom. Loved the hot tub. Nice location by the lake - about a 10 minute drive from town. Just something to note if you are staying in Summer this place doesn't have air-conditioning. We were out all day exploring and by the time we got home the breeze had cooled the place down but if you were planning to hang at the apartment in the afternoon it gets quite hot.

Really great apartment in a great location. Keren was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

The studio was in a great location. It was easy to find, clean and tidy. Will definitely stay if im in Queenstown again.
