Monthly Rentals in Queensland, Calgary

Henry and Carla were very attentative and responded to messages almost instantly. We stayed for 2 months and had to receive some mail to the house, they accomodated even this. The space was well kept and confortable for us and our new baby. We loved the area as it was so close to Lina's italian market and Brittania shopping area (it has so many cute shops). Many things are walkable. I highly recommend this space to anyone needing to spend some time in Calgary.

Tastefully decorated, clean and pleasant. Since a basement unit can at times be cool it was wonderful to have a gas fireplace. Overall the unit became our home away from home. We loved it and appreciated excellent communication with hosts.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Dulitha’s walkout basement suite. It had all the necessities, I was pleased to have extra towels. When I did have an issue the response time was very quick. Only thing I could say I did not love was not being able to control the temperature myself.

I think this might be the best place to stay in Calgary. Period. I have a lot to say, so I will break it into parts. The room itself is small and and awkward shape, but the use of space is well thought out and makes every inch count, so it still has everything you need and more without feeling cramped. The colour scheme is just bright enough to feel like you’re not in a basement, but not overwhelming, and the small bits of decor around are cute and cohesive. The provided appliances are abundant and appreciated. You literally have EVERYTHING you could need. The location is pretty convenient, if you have a car or aren’t afraid of bussing. I drive, and most places were 15-20 minutes away. Still, lots of things in the area. Tara responded to my messages very quickly. I even chose to extend my stay last minute, and she had accepted the request before I had even left the app. She is an amazing host, very kind and considerate. 100% I would recommend staying here!
